Not sure entirely HOW it happened... I went to the ER Thursday night because the arm pain I'd been having for days was getting worse and I was having a lot of trouble keeping calm. I thought I was having heart issues because it started with chest pain about a week ago... so i started exercising and taking some supplements. But THEN I woke up at 4:25am on Tuesday with my heart beating super fast and feeling overheated all over. And when my heart rate finally went down, I felt extremely weak. Well some of the things I was taking was thinning my blood too much... oops.
Back to the ER things. They ran some tests and said my heart is fine. Final diagnosis was Tennis Elbow and anxiety. I already know about the anxiety, but nothing about tennis elbow... I wonder how that could make my entire left arm, neck and side feel numb with occasional pain? I hope at the very least the medication they prescribed will help the pain go away and it heals well. I may have to forego pushups when I start exercising again. Maybe lift 3 lb weights after it's better?
Fortunately, it's not my dominant arm, but I don't give ol' lefty enough credit. It's acted as support and backup for me my whole life =QwQ=
Gonna stop, arm hurts to type =>_<;=
