"It's right over there!"
"Quick! It's getting away!"
"GROWR?!"
A strange creature was darting its way around the Squad 11 Barracks and every member of the squad was commanded to capture it if spotted while the Captain was away. The mission was put into the hands of his wonderful, and most trusted adviser, as well as his adopted daughter, Yachiru.
"Where's the Lieutenant?!"
"I GOT HIM! YAAAAAAAAAAY!"
Suddenly, the monster was bolting around a corner and broke its way through a line of 4 men. They thought they caught a glimpse of a pink blur on its back...
"WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!"
Turns out, Yachiru, the Lieutenant, was riding around on the back of the monster without a care in the world.
A raven haired man stepped out of its path and shook his head, "Fukutaichou..." A soft chuckle left his lips as he flipped his hair. "Ikkaku. Should we follow our dear Yachiru?" He glanced upward at a man who was sitting on the roof of the building behind him and whose head shone in the light like the midnight moons gleam on a sword... and who was about as drunk as a sailor.
He tossed a bottle of sake he had in his hand behind him and cracked his neck, "We've got to help our Lieutenant." A devilish smile played at his lips as he jumped down next to his friend. "Let's go Yumichika." The two shared a glance and broke out into a sprint after the pink haired girl.

"Let's go this way!" The Lieutenant said as she yanked the monsters ears to the left.
"Grrrrrrrrrowrrrrrrrrrr..." It grumbled, reluctantly following the directions of the odd creature on top of it. 'And they call me a monster'. It thought quietly.
They kept turning, and turning, and turning... until they came to a dead end. The monster skidded to a stop, and the Lieutenant, who didn't have a good grip at the time, propelled into the wall, rebounded off of it, and landed back on the monster.
"That was fun!" She giggled.
"Fukutaichou... I thought we told you not to play with strange animals." A voice said behind her.
She turned and smiled, "YUN-YUN!" She waved. "No, you told Yachi not to eat candy and cookies off the ground."
He laughed. "We need to add some more subjects to your... lessons..."
"Aw quite the talking. I want to fight this... thing." Ikkaku said, drawing his Zangpakutou.
The creature backed into the wall as a sword almost came in contact with its face, "GRORW!" It yelped.
"YAY! CUEBALL'S HAVING FUN!" Yachiru squeed as she jumped off of the creatures back and onto Yumichika's face. "YUN-YUN! SAVE YACHI!" She teased.
"GAH! FUKUTAICHOU?! I CAN'T SEE!" He cried as he started to spin in circles, completely unaware what he was doing.
Ikkaku looked at the two, "You two have fun." He returned his attention to his prey in front of him. "It's time for a little... Ikkaku fun..." He said menacingly, inching towards the monster, casting a long shadow of dread on the monster... and that's all it knew... besides that the pink haired thing was a raving lunatic...
