I'LL TELL YOU WHY IN A SEC.
Okay, so i took Kari-chan with me to go see Twilight yesterdayyy~
Here's what i have to say. :O
Good:
-The action scenes were totally actiony. 8D
-Billy and Charlie looked how i pictured them in the book. xD
-JASPER'S FACE. ROFL. Everytime he came on screen, he had that same look, and i busted out laughing. (I wasn't the only one in the audience who did, either.)
-Taylor Laurent did Jacob justice. >;3 (And i got Kari-chan on Team Jacob now. 8D)
Bad:
-EDWARD WASN'T HOT ENOUGH. (Sorry Rob. The critic ain't done yet either. >;3)
-Robert Pattinson's acting sucked at the beginning. But it got better. xD
-Bella was monotone the wholeeee timeeee. (Defo not how i imagined her voice in the book. o.o)
Overall, the movie was good. I wouldn't mind seeing it again. 8D
BUT I WANNA STAY FOR THE CREDIT ROLL NEXT TIME. We left during the first song. ("Leave Out All The Rest") I loveeee that song. T_T
OKAY. AND HERE'S WHY YOU DON'T WEAR A TEAM JACOB SHIRT IN PUBLIC:
After the movie was over, Kari-chan wanted to go to the mall. So we did.
BAD IDEA, MAN.
We told my mom that we were pro'ly going down to Hot Topic to find Kari and Twilight shirt, so she went to Penny's... and blahblah.
So, as we're walking down through the mall, there's this dude with a bunch of girls following him. They didn't look TOO much older than us, probably a bunch of 9th or 10th Graders. D:
So, the guy, he saw my shirt.
And was like "H*LLLLL NOOOO YOU AIN'T WEARIN THAT. WHAT THE H*LL'S WRONG WITH YOUUUUU? THAT SHIRT AIN'T COOL." (And he said this in like, the gayest voice ever.)
So, assuming they were all on Team Edward i just laughed, and we kept going.
Hot Topic: We were looking for the shirts...
AND THEY FREAKING WALKED INTO THE STORE. O.O
And, it was a total repeat of what happened in the aisle-thing.
BUT THIS TIME, his sister/girlfriend/whatever, stepped in too, and they were like all up in my face like "WHY YOU LIKE JACOB BETTER? HUH?"
And i was just like "Cause he's cooler than Edward."
And they're like freaking out, and me and Kari-are just laughing our heads off.
So we finally walk away.
FYE: DUUUUDE. I FOUND ADVENT CHILDREN IN THERE FOR $20. O-O (And we found a bunch of CD's and Chuck Norris posters. xD) ... I was tempted to buy it, but thennn GUESS WHAT? THEY SHOWED UP.
The girl from before was just like, "OH GOD."
And me and Kari were like, "CRAP. RUNNNNNNN!"
And we did. xD
We finally slowed down to a walk, only to look behind us to find that they were following us! o-o
The guy had this giant cup in his hands, and was hiding his face behind it, but kept looking around every 2 seconds. xD
So we started running again, and they started speeding up.
D:!
Then they disappeared, which REALLLYYYY freaked us out.
So we looked over, and they were walking towards us, again. -____-
so we ran. again!
Finally they went towards the doors that lead up to Old Navy and stuff outside, so we were safe.
xDDD
It totally made my day. I now have a stalker friend. xD (Idk who he even was. That's the problem.)
OH. AND THE SCARY THING ABOUT THE GUY. EVERYTIME HE TALKED TO US, HE SOUNDED REALLY GAY. AND HE WAS WEARING SKINNY JEANS. SKINNY JEANS, FOR CRYING OUT LOUD. ON A GUY. O.o
It was totally freaky. xD
Well. I gotta go get ready for church.
