He is the Nobody of Castus and Akuma. Xilec seldom speaks, but when he does, it is with the authority of someone who can weild both Light and Darkness, though he prefers to use the Light.
He is also Cecil's Nobody, as the real Cecil's heart was split in between Light and Darkness. This is the reason for his dual weilding capabilities.
He wears the typical black coat of the Org, but has almost white hair, tipped in darkest balck. His eyes are calm and discerning violet.
