Because I'm starting over on the entire manga, I thought it'd be easier if I know EXACTLY how many and which characters are going to appear in it.
It'd be more organized that way and also I'll have a real plot to stick with instead of trying to find a way to squeeze another character right in there and end up making the story messy and uninteresting. >n<
Another reason: I realized that I don't know each character as well as I thought. (Ehuhuhu.. ^U^;; ) Maybe this way I'll be able to cature your character's personality better. ^^
There are also a whole lot more reasons, but it all leads to me restarting anyways, so there's really no reason to keep going. XD
I won't accept any more application forms after May 9th. That should be enough time, so please get your forms in. ^__^
I will be starting up on the manga now, so the ones that get sumitted first will be appear in the story a lot sooner than those who come late.
Also, I know a lot of you don't have your character's story completely figured out yet, but that's okay. A basic idea of what you want them to do will be fine. ^^ Like I said before, it doesn't have to be their 'exact' story.
