In November, i was feeling horrible. At 195 pounds, I was the heaviest I'd ever been in my life. I was excersizing and eating decently well, but my body was so used to my routine that it just... blahed.
So I decided it was time to Do. Summin' Bout. It.
I upped my exercise routine, went on Weight Watchers, and joined Kendo.
It's now Feb 21, and I've lost 17.5 pounds. I've still got more to go, but I thought I might take a minute to gloat in my little victory.
