Quite an adventure today. We went to the city over to fix my cousin's computer and do some shopping at the massive mall they had. It was EPIC. So many stores...we didn't get to go to half of the ones we wanted to, but oh well. I got a cute shirt with a parrot on it, then we made our way off to get some lunch. We couldn't really decide, so we headed back to the car to drive somewhere else, right? Yeah...well when we got into the car (Same one I rode in to LA, mind you) it didn't want to start. No, to be more accurate, the battery was dead. Didn't even turn. It died right after I got the doors unlocked and the trunk opened to put our clothes in the back. To top it off, the key jammed in the ignition and it was stuck. -_____- I swear that car just loves me. Far.too.much. It always keeps me for three hours minimum. So, since I was in such a great mood, I tried to calm everyone down and just tell them to focus on getting us food. After calling my dad and cousin that is. They had a 40 min drive to get to us, so it was no big deal to just hang around and eat, and just be patient. Mom and my cousin went to get the food, then got back with pizza and drinks and we sat around talking. Then my cousin tells me he saw an awesome Japanese store he "HAD" to take me to before we left. SO, before dad got there, we took off and left mom and bro to guard the car while I went to see this 'store'.
OMG....I loved it. So AWESOME. *sparkly eyes* There was tons of japanese merchandise, FROM JAPAN. Not the replicas of japanese stuff! Anime and traditional Wall scrolls all over the walls, Japanese paintings and arts and frames, japanese screens, japanese tea and sake sets, chopsticks, TEA LEAVES(the really really good stuff), incense, BOOTLEG ANIME lmao, Anime merch like plushies, jewelery, etc. REPLICA SWORDS (*saw kenpachi's, rukia's, some naruto charries, a keyblade etc etc*), Regular swords and weapons, Silk kimono robes...the list goes on. Seriously. I have to go back sometime. I refused to leave without getting something, so I scoured for something special. I found this little square tin...inside was BLOSSOMING TEA. I could NOT believe my eyes. The kind that you see in Saiunkoku Monogatari!! <3 <3 Then, since I got that, I chose a cute panda cup, the one with the filters and the lids? Then on the way to checkout, I went back for chopsticks. >3 So happy. I was prancing all the way back to the car. ^w^ It was fixed by the time we got back, then we headed home.
Once I got home...eh, my mood went up and down. Not really gonna go into details.
Later~

Edit: AH. And a follow up to my dad's back! This morning he got up, and could barely move. It took him 20 mins to get out of bed! >.<' So he called my cousin who referred him to his Chiropractor, called that man and he said he would take him in if he could get there in 15 mins. My brother took him and he admitted him immediately. When my dad told him about the other doctor's suggestion and prescription, the man scowled and said that would've NEVER fixed the problem my dad had, considering he had FOUR DISKS out of place. After popping his whole back, he came home as good as new. MUCH happier. I was just glad to see he wasn't in pain anymore. Sheesh...why didn't the insurance just listen? That other doctor was a big fat waste of time and money.
Anyway, thank you for your well wishes <3 I appreciate it ^^
