Kira had returned yet the world went on as usual. Even though Father promised to go shopping with me and Cookie, an urgent phone call last night made him arrange a meeting with an old friend. so we decided that we would go shopping anyway.
We took the train to our favoutrite shopping centre. We walked throughout the shops looking at dresses and skirts and all other girly accessories. As we walked through the shops arm in arm we got much attention. We were half asian, half caucasian. Asian on our mothers side, Cauasian on our fathers. We had natural blonde hair with pink highlights in them and light skin.
Cookie's stomach growled around lunch time. I laughed at her until my stomach growled as well.
"Time for lunch." we both said to each other.
As we arrived at the food court and tried to find a seat 2 gentleman came up to us. One was wearing a bisiness suit and held a breifcase, his black hair sleeked back and his eyes covered by sunglasses. The other was completely oppisite. His blonde hair was long and held back in a ponytail. he wore boardshorts and a hawaiin shirt and upon coming close to us he lifted up his sunglasses to reveal friendly eyes that were a dark brown.
"How cute, Have you EVER seen two school girls THIS cute." He said to his fellow.
"............"
"Your right Shigure, they should be on TV." at the words TV, me and Cookie squeezed each others hands
"ohhh how rude am I??" He said hitting his forehead. "My name is Hatori, this is Shigure, " he said pointing to the silent figure behind him, "i'm part of the board commity at a TV station nearby.... And now that i have seen you two girl my dream has finally been realised." he said, me and Cookie could almost imagine him in a manga with stars in his eyes.
"What is your dream?" we said in unisone, which made him smile even more.
"My dream is to direct a TV show called Sakura Television, where we have two CUTE hosts to tell everyone about the news... but in a more CUTER way."
"WE CAN DO THAT." We had both gotten excited, we were to be on television as the hosts of a television show.
"Ohhhh, did you hear that Shigure they said YES." he began hopping up and down and We joined him.
"NOw, girls.... what are your names?" he said becoming sliaghtly serious.
"I'm Arisa,"
"And I'm Kakuru."
"But you can"
"call us,"
"Rice and Cookie!!" we both said as Hatori looked on.
"Ohhh, this is PERFECT, Shigure, Is this not PERFECT."
"We must meet with your parents to ensure that you are..."
"Yes, yes, Shigure. Enough with the formalities.. Your going to kill their dream.. Now, is it possible We can meet with your parents tonight for dinner so that tomorrow we can start SAKURA TV."
"YEAH."
We rushed home and told our parents. Father was proud of us yet he seemed taken aback by the name Sakura Tv... like he had heard it before. But he accepted to meet and after having dinner with Hatori and Shigure it was decided. Sakura Tv was go, we would host the television show. We would be news brocasters, weather predictors and the host of a chat show all in one.
This day could have been no better. Kira was back and would be punishing the wicked, wqe would be telling about his deeds and nothing could be better about today... except if the sun had come out once today. but then again as we had walked into the resturant the sun had peeped out from the clouds as it set, making the evening sky glow a gentle pink before darkness became of the night.
YES today could never have been any better

YAY Sakura TV!!! if anyone remembers Sakura Tv was the channel that was the main control of Misa Misa-chans messages while she imperinated Kira.. hehe, FUN
