Well, I did my shopping today. I had to take a trip to SUX for some reason other than going to work. Started at Advance Auto Parts for a headlight. They wouldn't help me put it in. Hit Taco Hell for lunch. Went to Hobby Lobby for yarn and stuffing. Totally forgot to get eyes for my amigurumis. Wandered past the marker section and saw they got new displays for the Copics. There's space for a lot more than the 72 different colors I have right now. Went to Beans & Noodles and got a couple books and a magazine. Books: an anatomy coloring book and Ray Bradbury Stories. Magazine: DWM #416 (finally!) Went to Michael's to get eyes and remembered they don't carry the right type of eyes there, but did get some origami paper. Then off to Target for cereal and a movie. Ended up with another DSi game thing. Game thing: Personal Trainer Walking. Movie: Xmen Origins: Wolverine. (Don't know how much use I'm going to get out of the DS game right now as my knee hurts like mad. Haven't watched the movie yet as I seem to be online and listening to a soccer game on TV.) Got home and tried to put the headlight in by myself. Struggled with it for about a half hour before going to the local bodyshop guy for help. Mike is a nice guy that fixed something that I didn't tell him was broken one year when he put a new side mirror on my wee white beastie. Then figured I might as well put go-juice in the beastie before settling in for the rest of the day.
So... here it is, just after midnight and I am suffering from cold ankles as I usually do down here.

I was expecting the weather to be snowy/icky so I decided Monday was the day to do laundry. I did my laundry and it was nice and sunny all day!
Arrgh.
I did get some stuff done with some DVD ROM discs from some of my magazines this afternoon. Tonight, however, my laptop refuses to keep connected for more than three seconds at a time it seems, so I gave up and came upstairs to the old behemoth desktop.
I had to throw the kitten out of the office and close the door so I can get stuff done. She's decided that she needs to be between me and the computer, regardless of which one I'm on. If I'm here, she's in my face. If I'm downstairs on my laptop, she's in my face. I don't think my brother has this problem with her at all.
