OK, I've let this blog collect way to much dust! ^_^;
Argh, work is so evil. (I work at McDonald's as a manager) So the other day I went to work actually in a good mood and my boss greets me with "We have been mystery shopped". Usually this doesn't bother me, it's a monthly ordeal, of which I'm usually never at work when it happens. But, for this particular 'shop', our store received a measly 67 out of 100.
Service was perfect. No complaints about employees, so that was good. But, the shopper's burger she claimed was "dry meat without enough condiments on it and the bun was greasy. Also, the lobby was filthy".
Wow. OK, first of all, how can a burger be greasy if you already stated the meat was dry?? And my fellow manager Marcella was on the shift (she had clocked out on break just as the shopper came in) so the lobby couldn't have been THAT dirty. Ugh.. That lady must have had a bad day to give us such a bad score. I hope she knows what she caused!! It ended up with me getting yelled at by my District Manager. >_<
But I know she only gets on to me so much because she knows I can do better. Especially since I'm going to get promoted to 2nd Assistant Manager soon. :3
One day, I might even be a store manager!
Does anyone have any New Year's resolutions? Mine are to work on backgrounds and perspective.. cause I stink at both.
