Shinigami Women's Association Aptitude Test
1st Division
those who consider themselves "leaders" are best suited for the this division as Captain Yamamoto is a captain's captain and serving under him means that leadership skills are learnt from the very best
"Nope... I am... " he let out a slight smirk " Not a leader at all... "
2nd Division
those who want "a strong female role model" are best suited for the this division as Suì-Fēng is the captain to emulate for that purpose. However, the Association warns that Suì-Fēng is a supreme taskmaster.
"I'm scared... nope.Too scared~"
3rd Division
those who like pranks and do not want to give-up their "playful side" are best suited for this division as they will learn how to stay that way from Captain Ichimaru, who works hard and plays hard. The Association also assures recruits that while you cannot tell what Captain Ichimaru is thinking, he is well liked by his subordinates.
" I do wanted it...but.... I do not wish for this 'play hard'"
4th Division
those who consider themselves the "ideal Japanese woman" should join this division as Captain Unohana, who is strong but beautiful, epitomizes the ideal Japanese woman.
" I do wish to have an ideal japanese woman... not that I wanted to be any..." He nommed his fruit.
5th Division
those who are intellectual, claiming that Shinigami who want to be both wise and skilled in the martial arts can do so by training under the captain, Sōsuke Aizen, who is both.
" Oh I do...not. Too lazy~"
6th Division
those who believe in law and order are best suited for this division. The Association states that such individuals will have a strong sense of purpose in the sixth division.
"Law and order are such hard words to understand..." he let out a little sigh. " I am purposeless so I do not wish to be here..." He laughed.
7th Division
those who have a strong sense of loyalty are best suited to this division, stating that if you value friendship and honoring your obligation, then no one would be a better mentor then the fiercely loyal Captain Komamura.
"...am I loyal ? Hmm,. I never thought of that... Nah!" more nomming.
8th Division
those who cherish sophistication and elegance are best suited for this division. However, recruits must also remember to put training before panache

this division is best for those who are filled with curiosity, noting that many members of the division enjoy reading and exercising the mind.
"Reading is for dilligent people!" He flipped his 'Aptitude Test' not noticing that he is reading as well.
10th Division
this division is best for those who treasure their childhood friends as Captain Hitsugaya approves highly of those who sign their friends and acquaintances from one's childhood up for the division. The Association goes on to state that the tenth division is for the kind and thoughtful Shinigami.

11th Division
those who are "vigorous" are best suited to this division, noting that with each passing year, the division is filled with even more Shinigami who would prefer a fight to a meal. The Association goes on to state that if you believe "might is right" then the Eleventh is the division for you.
" Eep! They are not human! " He shivers.
12th Division
those who are willing to dedicate their life to research are best suited for this division, but the Association warns that recruits must be prepared for consequences.
"This is also inhuman!How can one stay in a small clamped room filled with... 'things that cannot be described' ? " Tsuichi shrugged. "Not for me"
13th Division
this division is popular with those who want a quiet and peaceful life and favoured by those who are big-hearted.
Tsuichi's eye widen. "This is it! I wanted to be here!! " he laughed. he can imagine all the lazy things he did, doing nothing while sipping tea in the night while gazing lazily at the stars. That.would.be.perfect. He thought of making his letter to move divisions when something struck him deep.
" I'm too lazy to write silly paperwork... even for my own sake..." He pour his tea instead and enjoy the rest of his evening.
