Another Offspring song. One of my favorites. It's one of those songs that I play when I'm trying to release some stress. The Offspring is good for that sometimes. But the guitar hook is pretty nifty too. Got a surfer/middle eastern vibe to it.
Anyways, I have to see the tooth doctor today. Routine cleaning. It'll take like 40 mins and waste about that much of my time. But I have to get it done. The tooth doctors get lonely when no one visits them and somehow college kids are the #1 perps when it comes to not going to the dentist. Maybe it's because some of them live states away from home, or maybe they're just lazy. I'm probably the latter, but my hygienist is cool. I've known her for years and years. So hopefully it'll go well and I won't need any further work done.
Ever had one of those days where your indifference seems to rub people the wrong way? Where you honestly don't give a crap about something because you see it as trivial, pointless, or even stupid? Yeah, I've had one of those days and I always ended up feeling like crap afterwards. I feel sometimes me having a different opinion on something is something that only hurts others and while I'm not willing to concede my views to anyone, I'm willing to concede that people have different opinions on subjects. But gosh darn it if I don't feel like a douchebag afterwards.
I'm trying to get back into my school schedule and it's been a rough transition to say the very least. It's hard to go from staying up late (1 AM) back to hitting the bed around 11 and waking up at 7:30 in the morning. I need more caffeine. X_x
Otaku Sin City started today, for those who are interested. I hope it turns out well and it's the biggest RP endeavor I have undertaken in a while. Normally I don't RP, but let's see how it turns out.

Alice in Chains. They could pull of lyrical harmonies some bands WISHED they could. Hands down one of the best bands of the 90s. Too bad they had a lead singer go down due to Crank. *Sigh*
So, I'm finally back from Spring Break and I have to say:
Best Spring Break Ever.
My Girlfriend came down to El Paso with her father and we did things around town. We saw "I Love You, Man" (funny movie, definitely recommended), visited the Rose Gardens and had a picnic lunch at the park, visited my school, and just had an awesome time. Lots of long distance relationships don't work because of just that, but I've been fortunate to have a GF like mine. She's just too awesome. It was really sad to see her leave. I got pretty choked up.
I also did something I haven't done with any previous GF.
*cough* Promise Ring *cough*
But it's good to be back. Hope to see you guys soon.

Marcy Playground, one of my favorite bands that hailed from the 90s. This was their most popular tune and it's a pretty hypnotic tune if you ever get the chance to listen to it.
I've been pretty lazy as of late updating my blog, so here's my attempt at not procrastinating.
Spring Break is coming up in 2 days (I say two because I include Friday and the weekend in that.) Even though I had a lot to accomplish last weekend, I still have something I have yet to do for my long awaited visit from the GF. And that's clean the car.
Joy.
So March Madness is here. I know I should probably be more interested in the college sports scene but I don't really care about college basketball too much. People get into it and start talking theory basketball instead of actual practice. Every team plays a different game on different days. Sports is one of the most unpredictable events in life from my experience. All the stats in the world don't mean a thing come game time. Sure, the performances of the teams can maybe INFLUENCE your decision on who would most likely win, but it means nothing come game time.
Case in point: Syracuse vs UConn. Syracuse wins in 6 OTs. UConn was ranked number one in the nation, but couldn't win their own conference tournament....
Yup anything can happen.
