Welcome to the World of Korey/Kaydirt.

I update randomly and in many cases not too often. But stick around. It might be more fun as we go along.

If you want to know who I am, then take some time to read my posts, you might learn a thing or two. Otherwise, either PM me or seek me in the Community Chat. I'm somewhere on here, lurking about.

There has always been some things that members do that make me wonder what thought process they underwent before said actions. Then I stumbled upon this nifty gem.

Dubbed the democratic movement for peace, it makes mention to moderator actions and uses some sort of vague parallel to implicate the staff as some opressive aristocracy that extinguishes the free thinking burgoise of theOtaku.

*giggle*

While well written and designed, there are a few gaping holes in this parties's platform.

1) Selective misinformation or omission by the party leader(s)
2) The terms of service (read: rules ) that accompany being a member of theO.
3) Consequences of breaking aforementioned rules, repeatedly.
4) The lack of truth backing any claims of abuse of power.
etc. etc.

Simply put, the moderation staff isn't out to get the members. Also, we are held accountable for our actions as staff . Even more so than regular members. HOWEVER, if you break rules and continue to do so despite warnings from the staff, banning is not out of the question. It's a simple request. Don't break the rules.

The nice mod is willing to budge on some things, but I WILL NOT justify any moderation decision I make.

MMK? ^_^

I will find you, subs.

I am still getting random subs with not so much as a howdy. But, to my credit, Kenji5678 hasn't subbed to me. I'd hate to be attributed to that list of victims. You should check his site sometime .

Ho hum life is boring.

Yes, Ace. I stole your prank.

You're that dude that plays a dude disguised as another dude.

I can't get enough of that sentence. We use it to pick on my buddy Nathan. So obviously there's a story behind it.

Nathan and I are big fans of Street Fighter. Nathan had went to some local game store tournament for Street Fighter IV with my buddy Fernie. I had something to do that day, so I had to pull out, but apparently Nathan didn't win the tournament and lost to some random guy. Thing was, I knew that he had went since I had tipped him off about it. So when I asked him about it, he was like "What tournament? I didn't go to that...."

So that's when my buddy Chuy comes in with the legendary line.

"Yeah you were. You were the dude that plays a dude disguised as another dude."

Hilarity and much LOL ensued.

This week has been a lot of sitting at the house. I've applied for some jobs around town, but haven't heard back from any as of yet. At this point I'm really just looking for ANY sort of job. But life at home is getting kind of tedious. I'm growing bored of all the games I have now, although I don't have the cash to just blow it on anything at this point. So I need to find a new hobby. Maybe I'll watch one of those "Reality" shows or something.

OMG updates?!

So yeah, I'm updating....

Hi '_'

I'm done with school for the year and I'm looking forward to a long vacation. I really didn't have a whole lot of stressful moments, but I do look forward to going to bed whenever I want and waking up at 9 AM to work on my Street Fighter IV game, lololololol.

So I took Indi's quiz and I'm kinda not surprised by the result.

I love all sorts of puzzle games (Lumines is a personal favorite of mine) and Portal racked my brain at times. So it's not too far fetched to call me an over-acheiver. It took be about a week to beat Portal, but that was because I'd play it after coming home from work at like midnight and play for a couple of hours before hitting the sack. I want a sequel, or at least an expansion pack.

Nope, no music title day, silly rabbit.

My attempts at being clever with musical titles are falling by the wayside, so I'll just get to it.

I had a crappy day yesterday, and to sum it all up....

It was horrible.

Today I woke up and I didn't want to do anything. School, work....nothing. I hate when I'm in these kinds of moods. I never get anything accomplished. But somehow I drug myself to school. I guess it's best to stay busy in these sorts of situations. Also, I'm sore from Basketball, so I'm just batting 1,000 today. Hopefully I can go home and take a good long nap.

Cheers,
Korey
