BRIEF BACKSTORY
Originally a child to be shipped to the shady Third Eye pharmacy, she was the first child ever rescued by the Exe (and the oldest by now).Once she grew old enough,she left Hyde's park,to train even further than Sonata's training program,so she could return and work with the EXE full-time as their youngest member
PERSONALITY
In contrast to most of the more jaded and experienced members of the main cast,Lio is rather optimistic and naive,not putting much thought on her past as a orphan.Despite her young age,she has a very caring,sisterly disposition and looks out for the orphans,despite not being an official member of the Exe yet.
While relatively bubbly,she is a very hard worker, and pushed her training really far to get recruited by HYDE; her 1-year training pilgrimage prior to the series allowed her to become aware of the city and it's workings,making her a little less of a wide-eyed idealist as she once was.
Due to receiving much of her education from HYDE,Flame and Sonata,she's quite a tomboy and developed an interest for other girls.
BATTLE STATS
Lio never was any good at using weapons,so she focused on learning how to fight bare-handed.At first,not taken seriously by any of the EXE,her 1-year training did wonders on her fighting abilities; while she still relatively lacks fighting experience, she became skilled enough to hold her own as a bare-handed fighter.What she lacks in raw strength,she makes up for it in speed and precision; she fights with an elegant,unnamed martial art of her creation,which incorporate breakdance moves such as windmills and elbow hops.
Lio's ability allows her to touch and affect pressure points using microscopic stingers on her fingertips;attacking those points allows her to temporarily cause muscle disorders to her enemies,up to forcibly get their body to enter rigor mortis or slow down nerve signals.She doesn't seem to be aware of those stingers,but uses them pro-efficiently in her strikes

CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT
Upon coming back to the Exe To help them fight off Manticore's Therion early on,she begins acting very nostalgic and immediately asks each member of the EXE for a spar.She is greatly pleased to know that HYDE acknowledges her as a new recruit to the gang,as well as a competent fighter. To honor them,she becomes very diligent at work.
Sonata's death hits her very hard,and even her usually positive self has trouble coping with it. She tries to help Flame as acting leaders once HYDE suffers his depression.This causes her to idolize the latter less, but treat as ahuman being like herself.
Her happy self completely breaks when by the end of Abaddon's invasion,she's the only surviving member of the EXE along with Ethereal.From then on,she grows to become bitter
NOTABLE RELATIONSHIPS
+Having been saved by HYDE at a young age,she's had that hero worship of him that most orphans he rescued have.She jokes that she's here to steal HYDE's job eventually; while she does want to surpass and succeed him,it's mostly to repay his kindness.As she grew stronger,she saw HYDE less as a godly hero,and more like a friend.
+She has a mentor-student relationship with Sonata in particular,as he personally trained her from the beginning until her pilgrimage.Even after her recruited,she refers to him as "Master" and stays quite formal with him. She is aware of Sonata's unrequited crush on HYDE and tries to support him through it.
+She has a pretty solid friendship with Flame,admiring his style and strength from childhood.They sometimes bicker a little due Flame's lack of tact with children,but sincerely look out for each other.Their friendship deepens further throughout the story
=She's had a unrequited childhood crush on Metalixca.She realizes it's one-sided nature (and the huge age gap) and thus mostly fangirls
+She's aware of Ethereal's existence; despite having trouble relating to his elusive nature,she does try to understand him and include him with the rest of the gang
