My First is Second in Line

Szayel walked his lab looking at the riddle, he knew the answer. At least he was sure he knew it. The only thing that had him stumped was one line.

“My first is second in line,” He spoke aloud but very softly.

If he was right on his guess there were many places to look, but he had to narrow it down to at lest three or four possible places to search or he would be looking for the next few months for his second riddle. Again he read the riddle:

“A simple riddle you behold, all that glitters is not gold. My first is second in line.” Szayel groaned under his breath, “What is this line trying to tell me?” Szayel huffed and continued to read. “I'll send shivers up your spine. Though I'm not quite shining bright, I seem to glitter in the light. What am I?” Szayel crumpled the piece of paper up in his hand and through it to the floor stomping on it, “YOUR ICE DAMN IT, BUT WHERE DO I START LOOKING!?” He yelled at the top of his lungs.

Szayel calmed himself and kept in thought narrowing down his places. He finally took a seat at his desk as the corner of his eye caught a glimpse of a file on his desk. Quickly he moved the others papers aside and lifted the file. Across the file was written.

Zeshin.

“That’s it. That’s what that verse was trying to tell me. ‘My first is second in line’. His power is ice, but because of his cover his first has taken a backseat to his new power.” He slapped the file back to the desk and lifted to his feet.

“Now to find Zeshin.” Szayel walked from his lab; off on his hunt to find his second riddle.

His hunt was slightly harder then he expected. “I can’t feel his reiatsu within the walls of Las Noches.” Szayel stopped walking, “Which means—he is outside of Las Noches walls.” Szayel then picked up his pace and headed outside.
