okay so for the, 15th time i trid to download GIMP. once again, it got all mesed up and wouldnt download. so, i am asking if there are any other good free photo editing softwares that i could use to make ecards and wallpapers? so, if you read this, please tell me what you use. cuz, all my cards come out really crappy and plain and, when i do make an EPIC card with all kinds of animation and stuffs, it wont upload cuz the file size is too big!!! so please!!! comment!!!!!!
