Yesterday, Anime News Network had revealed that U.S. T.V. broadcaster SyFy will air two episodes of the 1st "Space Battleship Yamato" T.V. series on April 21 between 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM EST. Note that SyFy will be showing the anime in its "Star Blazers: The Quest for Iscandar" dubbed form. This will be the first year in a long time that "Star Blazers" appears on American television. However, according to starblazers.com webmaster Tim Eldred, Voyager Entertainment (North American DVD distributor of the "Space Battleship Yamato" anime) did not hear any news about SyFy's plan to air the series.
