Today is my first day on the raw food diet. I'm going to try it for ten days so that there's no pressure, but if I start to like what's going on, like everyone says I will, then I'll go for thirty days. After that I'll have to see. My Mom is going to try to do it with me, so this should be interesting. I've decided to add bread and rice to the list of things I can eat, because I'm afraid of not having enough balance.
