The Bleach fandom is over reacting a little bit. Really Kubo said he would give Toshiro a new Bankai, and plus Toshiro has been cut down before, and still lived, he is also a prodigy.

Ah. Hitsugaya is just one of those character you just can't kill. Not even the creator can kill him off, even if he erased him from every single page he's drawn. He'd still find a way to come back and haunt him.
