The Reason She Made The List: She's Just So CUTE. I mean, if Redheads ruled the world, She could be the King. With The Fictional(I REFUSE TO BELIEVE THIS!) Emily Fitch as her Queen. She's won my heart by playing the Dorky Adorable Smart Willow Rosenburg on buffy, and Either than that I Don't think I've liked much of her acting at all.
The Reason She's not #1: Because she hasn't aged well, I dont think. I'll forever be in love with Willow, though.
