JOBS
If I label a certain "building" or "thread" that is a shop or something as "vacant", whoever wishes to come and claim this shop for their own, may claim it. You may own this shop with no help OR you can hire assistants- including high school students and such. Either way, the shop is yours, and it is YOUR JOB to attend to your customers. Another thing, though I create these threads, you may ask me or another Mod to delete them when you think of a name of your own, or you can simply keep my generic name. The catch? The thread of shop I label MUST BE in the same category. For example, the "Coffee Shop" that is currently open can be nothing BUT a coffee shop overall. Add what you wish, but you must serve coffee! Get it?
EVERYONE must introduce themselves in the "first" thread, titled, "Let's begin". I want a general idea of what you are here. Example: Are you a resident? Did you just move or turn up here? Are you wandering? Whatever you can think of. Either way, show me why!
HIGHER UPS: These people are, in their own right from their series', in a higher position of authority. In other words, as we start, these will be the ONLY people who can hand out jobs. Since this RP is not based on any ONE anime, there will not be ONE "Higher UP".
Uzumaki Naruto is an example a higher up on this board, as are Lelouch Lamprouge and Gaara of the Desert. Here, Naruto is Hokage, Gaara is Kazekage, and Lelouch was an emperor. All three can REFUSE to be a higher up if they wish, but otherwise, they will have certain privileges.
First, a Higher Up can post Missions. Ordinary members or OCs CANNOT. If you wish to ASK them to post a mission, they may, but YOU cannot post one. Get it?
Second, higher ups can PUNISH people if they disrespect them, but only if they so choose to.
Third: Higher ups can go WHEREVER they want. In other words, Gaara can go to the Code Geass relm to visit, but characters like Sasuke or Sakura cannot. Cannon characters who are not higher ups CANNOT go into other relms (other than their own and Crossover town) UNLESS they are challenged to a fight or asked to date somewhere else.
Fourth and most importantly; Higher Ups HAVE to be active in the story line. Since you are in a position of authority, you MUST talk to your fellow Higher Ups. TOGETHER, you must council to stop problems, START problems if you so need to, hire, and fire people, and give out missions RESPONSIBLY. Now do you see why this title can be refused?
(Naruto is already a Mod, so we cannot "title" him "Higher Up", but this is just so everyone knows. ^^)
Authoritic Figures: These people are NOT Higher Ups. These people can be teachers, mechanics, or anyone who owns a business. In fact, most "adult" RP roles can be Authoritic figures if they want to be...but if your character is bad with power, we're not giving you that title. Nuff said. Authoritc figures can hire and fire people as well as be a bit like parents for certain things. For example, if YOU see someone under aged drinking alcohol, you can A. Bring them to a higher up and have them punished or B. Punish them if it's in your character. :] Have fun with that.
