100 Favourite Artists

Notice that it's 100, which, isn't actually that big of a number when it comes to favourite artists...I'm sure I forgot tons of artists that I love...'orz

I numbered them, so if there is an artist you'd like to know the name of I'll try and find a link to them...and maybe a name....maybe...XD Though some of these I don't know the name of...It's very depressing, all I have is a picture from them that I saved on my computer, I never bothered to write down the name or remember it...in fact, I don't think I've ever seen a name...

I really like number 43! I keep staring at it! *.* It's right next to a Light fanart and so it's making my mind think number 43 is Light, but it's not...but I still imagine him to look like that anyways...XD

I did this all day instead of something productive. But, hey, I vacuumed and I made some bread. I think that's SOME productivity. I'm giving myself a slice of pie anyways (total metaphor there, I don't even like pie...).

Speaking of my dislike of pie, I also don't like hamburgers and hot dogs, but whenever I think about them my mouth waters...but then when I eat them I'm disappointed by it not tasting like it did in my imagination. I later realized that the taste I had been imaging for hamburgers and hot dogs was the flavor of cabbage. Mmm, cabbage is delicious~!

For pie...I think of a blue berry muffin...maybe...But I really love pie crust! XD I just don't like all of that stuff inside...it makes my stomach upset and it just doesn't taste that good, or it has too much flavour. Like with really rich chocolate. It has a lot of flavour, not that I like that...

I was watching this cooking show...I think it's called 'Dessert First' and I really love sweets and all...but the episode I watched was about brownies. I LOVE brownies, but I can never eat them all whenever I get them...they're way too filling, but I still like them.

PLAIN brownies. Sheesh, this lady put it with pudding, whipped cream, toffee, peanuts, peanut butter..."orz It sounds like something that would be appetizing but I was surprisingly disgusted. I like my brownies maybe with some chocolate frosting MAYBE...I say maybe because sometimes it does taste good, but sometimes I don't like it at all.

The part that gets me is the eating part. I'm sure it tastes delicious and all...but I can't handle filling foods that much! TT^TT I don't think I would be able to breath after taking a bite. Like when you eat pancakes too fast, you lose your breath. Do you guys ever get that? That's how I usually choke on my pancakes...so I have to eat really really small bits of pancakes.

That's probably why I don't eat as much as some people because I'm paranoid about choking or breathing and all that jazz...

Attack of the wippies!

Attack on the Pin-up Boys...that's what appeared when I was writing the title...XD Great movie, great movie.

I have LOTS this time. Some of them aren't WIPs, though, as you can tell the coloured pic is the only one practically done...O.o;

Okay, let's go from right to left, top to bottom.

The first one is for the HIME challenge. My princess (actually she's a queen, but pfft) Caroline! I have a friend named Caroline...but when I think of Caroline I think of my OC Caroline, not my friend...I find that really weird 'cause usually it's the other way around and my friends don't have the same names as my OCs...XD I didn't name her after my friend, in case you're wondering. Her dress is weird, but poofy. It's a bunch of twisting.

The one next to her in blue is Ciel! 'cause Ciel means blue...*cough* I'm GOING TO (no passive words here!) cosplay Ciel next (always cosplaying shota boys...'orz My mom thinks that's weird. I wanna cosplay Gwendolyn sometime...maybe...I just love her poofy dress~! X3) and since Ciel rarely has the same outfit I designed my own. I call it Mariposa! :D Well, that's what I was thinking when I was designing it. But there aren't any butterflies in the design...O.o; Still, Mariposa is a beautiful word for butterfly (my favourite word for butterfly) and it sounds so magical, so I kept with that magic feel. But he kinda looks like a penguin.

When I started it, I wanted a one-piece suit thing, but the pant legs were too short and then I later realized that the majority of Ciel's outfits follow a certain format...so I had to change it, so it's not as cool as I wanted to be...'orz He kinda looks like a penguin! XD

But ARGH! I want to put a really pretty design on that eyepatch, but his is sooo plain, it doesn't match his really detailed clothing! KILLS MEH! TT^TT I guess ever since I saw The Goonies and that one pirate with the eyepatch and the knife in it I've always loved detailed eyepatches! >:D

Next to that is a B1A4 pic~! :D It looks really awkward so far, but I was trying to think of making it a promo thing for their next song! That I know nothing about, but that's the concept...I guess...The theme is 'dreams' so they're in a slumber party atmosphere (I'm NOT giving them pajamas...I have this one magazine of some boy band and they're all wearing pajamas and having what seems to be a slumber party and it's SO CREEPY! TT^TT Guys don't have cute slumber parties! Unless it's Spongebob).

Then down, on the right we have a very...I guess surreal pic. It's inspired by many different artists and it is the feeling of image in my head that I saw when I listened to this song:

I wish the anime was as good as the music...it gives me this really deep psychological, but kind of plain feel...plain in a mysterious way. Kinda like Death Note. But, nope, the anime is all...well, it's an anime. *shrugs*

It's a headless figure bending backwards...it's...indescribable...O.o;

Next to it is a picture I'll probably be deleting later. I LIKED the pose...but I realized that his body is too feminine and too petite and it just looks so weird and unlike my character. I was trying to design this one 'dream' character...but it didn't work out, as you can see. I'll be trying again later. I just don't want to throw it away for some reason...O.o;

Next to that is some coloured pics~! :D They're of the two main characters of my shoujo one shot. I don't like the girl's design too much...and something just doesn't click between these two designs...I dunno how I would fix it, though...I wanted the girl to be cute and beautiful and the guy to be gorgeous. His design was inspired by Jinyoung from B1A4 who I've later realized has the perfect eyes for me to draw, and by that I mean I've been drawing Jinyoung eyes all this time...O.o;

One more thing before I go, and this is pretty random...

I got my scrobbler for Last.fm to work and I'm REALLY happy now! XD I've been trying to fix that for months and I didn't know what happened, and now it's fixed and I'm looking through my library and gasping by how many things are wrong! 0 plays for PIERROT, Yuya Tegoshi, Chisato, and...ughh....so much pain. There are many many more..."orz

Leaders...and fangirling. + Korea or Japan

I was thinking about leaders for pop groups...I don't know any time when it happened that the leader was not the oldest member of the group. I'm guessing if you're the oldest member than you're immediately designated the leader, that makes sense on maturity, but what if the leader is a jerk and terrible at what they do?

And the oldest always gets all that responsibility, having to introduce themselves and all that jazz. It must be a lot of stress. Of course, my example sounds whimpy, but y'know, if you were the leader and you had to be the first to introduce your group wouldn't you be feeling some stress? I know I would. I would kinda dread being a leader, but then again, I think it would be a could experience at the same time.

I also thought about my MaxP characters, even though none of them exist, I sometimes think of as real people. If the leader of that group, Jae Hwa, were suddenly given responsibilities like that I'm sure he'd be very stressed. He has a younger member who is by far more experienced and has more people following him, but he is the oldest member so he has to be responsible for that kid. And that kid I'm talking about is Kiyoshi, so he's got a lot of responsibility! XD

Jae Hwa is a pretty lazy person and doesn't seem like the person to do all that stuff, but he does it anyways, he's not so bad at it, though. I can understand if Jae Hwa would crack one day...But I can't see Jae Hwa crying, it's just too sad! TT^TT

I seem to love the male members of MaxP more than the girls...XD Sorry girls! XD I need to give them more love...Well, I like Chou and think Sayuri would make a good friend and Kyung-soon is just love, but Ae Cha (I can't remember if I changed her name) I just can't seem to like and I guess that's because I already pin-pointed her as a villain...>3>

Sorry for the weird talking about my OCs like they're an actual band...They're a band in my heart! HOLY CRAP! I don't have a theme for them...wait...yes I do...Maximum Palette, colours~! :D But no, I don't think that counts (does it?) since Morning Musume and most of the groups in H!P already have members with designated colours...and that's not their theme at all...Morning Musume's theme is youth and something new everyday or something like that. That's why they're the Morning Girls~! :D

Hrmm...Maximum Palette...when you hear that name what kind of music or theme do you see/hear?

I'm kinda thinking more like maxing out the originality and making lots of happy fiery songs or something. I dunno...

B1A4 IS MY NEW FAVOURITE BOY BAND! <333 I love all the members and ALL of the songs. I love Super Junior a ton, too, but it doesn't match up with these guys. I also really like Teen Top, but only 'cause of Niel, and I also really love Boyfriend...buuut, something about them doesn't get me as much as B1A4.

I was just checking out random videos and fan stuffs and....gosh, they're too lovable! TT^TT And I LOVE all their songs TO DEATH! Gaahhh....*melts*

I heard they were around my age (y'know, below 20's) but I find that hard to believe...but then again, I get really confused with ages...the Boyfriend members look like they're around my age, but B1A4 doesn't.

I also really love their theme (sorta skipping around there, sorry).

I was thinking about what country I'd like to live in for the rest of my life...I dunno...I can't decide between Korea or Japan...

I keep juggling these two in my head.

I want to go to Japan because I like the laws, the life-style, the media, the climate, the sky, a bunch of things, but what gets me are the social parts. They're very traditional, so is Korea, but not as much as Japan. And their freaking relations! Sheesh! GET OVER IT KOREA AND JAPAN! They can never seem to come together, not even with music. Yes, BoA is popular there, but you try and make a Korean band with Japanese members and it fails, or you try and make a Japanese band with Korean members and it fails...>.>

Um, sorry, back on track...eheh...

Then Korea, I don't know that much about Korea, but I like the social life better than Japan. I mean, I may be majorly generalizing, but Koreans seem to be more loving. Most of my best friends were Korean and when I was with them I didn't feel as nervous like when I'm with my southern American friends.

Seriously, social cultures and nerve-wrecking! TT^TT The worst part about southern Americans is that they're so stubborn and almost bi-polar. They're really kind one minute, then they find out your ideals are different from theirs and they snap and become beasts to you. It's creepy.

I gawk when they say that they're really friendly. First of all, that's a pretty selfish thing to say when you don't know the truth. Second, who even says that about southern Americans except southern Americans!?

It's true that they're...more into your personal space...sheesh...They're always forcing you to do stuff so that they feel like they were being hospitable and they're always waving at you. You REALLY can't trust people like that.

The people you can trust are the people when you look at them, you know you can't trust them. You can trust that you can't trust them, that's why they're trustworthy! :D

Sorry for ranting, but...ugghhh...it kills me...TT^TT I hate people that act like that. I was generalizing right there, but I know not all southern Americans are like that! XD Just the vast majority...'orz

Let's switch to another subject to stop me from ranting.

I'm thinking of joining Smack Jeeves when I get to the point where I can update my web comics. Should I, or will it be very pointless, or is there a better place than Smack Jeeves for manga webcomics (web manga! :D).

'nyways...Why do I only get inspiration after 10:00 PM? That kinda bothers me, 'cause all I can do is do a quick picture and write a reminder to myself about something...>3>

I actually like the first one, and the second one is frustrating me...>3> I don't like straight things, first of all, and second of all, I dunno how to colour, and third of all her pose looks kinda awkward...Of course, you'd be in an awkward position if you were laying on a comfy couch and playing video games while trying to keep your balance 'cause of your roller blades...*shakes head*

The first one has a crap load of symbolism...well....not the annoying kind of symbolism (it's annoying to me...all this love and peace. We get it already, ya don't have to keep asking for it because it will never come unless you realize that it's already there) but symbolic for me story.

They're the twins, again, I changed their design a bit and changed their colours so that they don't seem so contrasting that they look like different people.

'nyways, to the inspiration! I was listening to Inception music (like always...if only that movie was good...I can only dream about it...TT^TT *shot*)

While looking at GORGEOUS inspiring art! Now I understand what kind of stuff I like...O.o; Well...I like simplicity stuff, too, but this stuff is sha-mazing (Imouto chan word! Spread it like buttah, mon! >:D):

I find this to be the most inspiring because I swear I see something identifiable...as in, something that may be a dress or something like that. Just trying to figure out what it is inspires me! XD

Now I have ideas for what to do for art next year! >:D I kinda wonder if that's a good idea or not...But I think I can work on art projects on my own in her class, now, since I know what I'm doing this year. Last year I wasn't sure what kind of art class I was in. Art II, Art III, or AP Art? Since I skipped to AP Art...I dunno...so much confusion...

I should work on something tomorrow. I need to type up some scripts...hrmmm...I need to read a shoujo manga to help me get back on the romance track so I can write one of my one shots.

I was about to do one more one shot about dreams, but I decided to make that a series for AP Art since...well, nobody seems to do a story for their concept...O.o; And stories are really good because you make it up at the beginning and then go from there so the story will slowly develop into something else or something like that, which is what our concentrations were all about.

...Okay I was just laughing like 'Har! Har! Har!' and then it reminded me of Haar...so that's what's up with title.

I never have titles that makes sense, do I?

I finally came up with an idea of what to do with that organization thingy! >:D MUAHAAAHAAAHAAAHHH!! And I think the idea is pretty original...well, I hope that it is.

It has to do with dreams, which isn't very original...but it also has to do with the end of the world...which also isn't very original. But I think combining those two make something original!

Here's my idea! That it takes place in the future when we are on the verge of the end of the universe (I know, pretteh far-fetched...XD) and the dream world is merging with the real world...or something like that. The dimensions are coming back together. Of course, it's pretty subtle, though. It's not like the polar ice caps are melting in a few minutes or anything, or that mountains are being shaped in a few days...O.o;

So the organization is one of the many organizations trying to keep reality reality and dreams...not reality...O.o;

It's not like Inception, that's one thing I can check off, but it's kinda like Paprika...which is partially what inspired me...that and Ghost in the Shell (it makes some sense...). Well, more than just those two, I had to do a lot of inspiring things today. I had to look at certain artists with pictures with stories behind them (or that seem that way, with backgrounds and all that jazz), listen to Yoko Kanno and Origa, and look at tons of summaries for mystery, psychological, and sci-fi manga. There's a lot of good ones out there! O.O

But I wanted something action-y that had kinda a space-y feel and other elements to it, so I think this one would work. I can also quickly come up with the ending! XD (It's obvious how it would end! XD).

That also means I can make better designs for my characters. Sheesh, it's hard to design characters and clothing without a setting or plot...>3> I mean, if they're all supposed to be together.
