I'm sooo happy! I finally got an idea for that cyber-punk sci-fi-ish manga I was talking about! ^ ^ I really like it! And so I'm really happy to have thunk of this! Okay! Enough suspense! Here's my idea:
There exists a world that holds two dimensions. One is a dark, evil, world. The other is a light, peaceful, world. Both dimensions look exactly the same, except one is more peaceful and clean, while the other is more dark and dirty. The story centers around the dark and dirty world. Only a few people are able to access the light, peaceful dimension, while others just dream to get to this dimension. Because of the thought of the light at the end of the darkness when you die, people believe they do others a favor by killing each other, but that's against the law. Others cause suicide, believing they can get to this lighter dimension. But our main character is not one of these people. He is able to unknowingly go back and forth between dimensions. He doesn't really care for the lighter dimension, but he knows the darker dimension, where he lives, is not good enough to live in. He wants to form these two dimensions together, but how? How could he with two different dimensions who dislike each other?
So, yep, that's my story. I'm thinking of making the main character similar to Itoshiki Nozomu from Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei...I mean by looks. He'd be like a pretty boy who dresses up to not look like one, but still looks like one...I dunno what his job will be...probably like a CIA agent, or something judgemental and in the crime kind of...SECRET AGENT! BUDAHDUM!
My only problem is fitting characters in...O.o That last main character was too youthful and happy for this role...so I'm tossing him. This main character I like more...he'll probably either be the uncaring type, or the smily face guy...probably the uncaring type. And he'll act more like a villain that a good guy, but he's still going to be a good guy. My only problem is that...well, since the dark dimension is all dark and evil and has bad stuff...yeah...it has BAD stuff, so I don't think I'll be able to post it on theO, unfortunately...>.> Maybe on DA or MangaBullet...
I'm not sure if it'll fit as a SERIES, more like a movie...that's how I see it in my head. It'll be really fun to do this series! ^ ^ I say that now...ehe....-.-;
