I read all me manga! I'm at peace...
I bought to the two volumes of GA Geijutsuka Art Design Class, and that gave me the biggest headache since it's sooo long with a ton of funny panels, but since there are two four paneled comics per page, it's really tiring reading all of them...Here's a picture of the adorable characters (Except for Namiko...she's not cute at all, to me)L
The blonde head is Namiko. She's like the mother of the group, always looking out for other people. I don't like it because she's always against the weird...but I guess you have to have those kinds of characters in comedy manga...>.>
The girl with the...orange-ish hair holding up the paintbrush is Noda. She's the weirdest one and she's always doing something that nobody really understands...O.o She has fun with EVERYTHING...O.o
The girl with the glasses is Kisaragi. She's the quiet normal girl...and she's very normal...O.o I don't know what else to say...
The girl with the long (silky) black hair is Professor (that's her nickname...I'm not sure of her real name...O.o they say Masa...). She's probably my favorite because she is very quiet and smart, but she does really silly things and weird things, like she can talk to animals...O.o And she LOVES the color black.
And the other girl is Tomokane. She's probably my second favorite, but she's HILARIOUS!! She's the tom-boy of the group, but is very clumsy and keeps ruining projects because of that (like spilling paint all over it)
'tis freaking hilarious! ^ ^ I love it! Ooh! And there's an anime of it (which I need to watch...)
And then I watched Howl last night, and I just realized how bad the English dubbing was...the worst one was Howl's...I don't really like Christian Bale, and his voice CERTAINLY did not fit Howl! Christian's voice sounds creepy and tired, but Howl is usually weird, yet knowing what he's doing. So you'd need a slightly hyper mastering voice, something that's playful with a lot of emotion...but Christian just sounds tired and all...Uhhhh...I'm going to try watching the Japanese version some time...It's not really a long movie, I was surprised at it's length...O.o
I also read Chocolat, but I only bought one volume because I couldn't find the second one and my mom wouldn't let me buy more than $50 worth of stuff in one day (I have like...$250 right now...so I don't see why I can't just by $70 worth of manga...>.>). I'm gonna nag on my mom to see if I can buy the rest tonight or something...IF the second volume is on amazon....it's bothering me (but since I have a gift card only for $100, and I spent 50, then I can only buy $50 worth of stuff again)...
The worst part about volume one, which I now learned is that...IT ENDS WITH A CLIFF HANGER!! Ugh! It was soooooo painful...I HAD to read the rest!! TT^TT Oh, and it had some other manga at the end, which was INCREDIBLY confusing because I didn't know WHAT was going on in it...O.o
Oh! And happy news! Kinda...Well, I was wondering how the creators for Chocolat knew all this stuff about fan clubs and stuff...and it turns out that they're in a fan club for some korean group called g.o.d. (I tried to listen to their music, but I don't really like K-pop at all...). That made me happy! Well, if you're a fan girl (or a moderate one like I am...<333 H!P and AAA! <333) then you know what it's like to be in those situations like Kum-ji is in...
Unfortunately, it sounds like you have to get into a group's fan club BEFORE (or after-ish) their first single...or else there won't be enough room...that's sad! I don't know who'll be a new band in Japan! TT^TT I wanna be in AAA's fan club...TT^TT Or H!P's...ehhhh...y'know, all you have to do with H!P is participate in the auditions and try to get in, and I don't really see how you can fit in a fan club...maybe for the male fans who can't get into H!P because they aren't girls....Ah, well...
OI!!! Since I read all this manga, and since most of them were comedic (actually, all of them...) I've decided to put WAY more comedy into 360. I've changed the characters some more to more realistic people instead of just one color (get me metaphor?).
Kiyoshi would be more of an extremely emotional person, who is either really happy or really negative. Mariko (the main one...they're both main...ermmm...the light one...?) would be a more fan girl type of character who thinks a lot before she does things. I mean, she'll be all hyper and emotional like a fan, but usually before she does anything she has basically a whole conversation with the little voice in her head. And that's all I got...but I'm probably make a "preview" of how I want the story to kind of be manga scene...I'm about to write/draw it right now...I just need paper and a pencil...and...peace....O.o
Okie! Bye-bye! ^ ^
