Oooh, manga...

I've been reading more manga. I started reading Kuroshitsuji...and MAAANNNNN the art is beautiful!!! <333 But I still like Obata-sama's better...I also went back to reading Pandora Hearts, which I actually like the anime more...the manga just seems...ehhh...That's never happened before!! O.o

And today I drew my manga! I'm so happy I actually got something accomplished! I'm drawing it traditionally, and then putting tones on it using photoshop. I did about....9 pages or so...and inked 3...not well, but I can always fix it! ^ ^

I read more of Reimei no Arcana, which is pretty interesting now that it finally has a story! But...something about it seems cheesy...>.> But I still wanna read more...UPDATE! UPDATE! UPDATE!!

I read the most recent chapter of Deadman Wonderland...yesterday, actually, but...it's getting really boring...I don't like what's going on with...ermmm...Wow, I forgot her name...Well, right now it just seems really mainstream and similar to Naruto. Bringing in new characters and all...But then again, I felt the same way when Scar Chain was introduced, so I may feel better...I still love that whole Super Monk thing! ^ ^

Until Death Do Us Part...wow....O.O The art...is sooo..AMAZING!! O.O HOLY CRAP!! His pants look like actual jeans!! O.O But it's kinda hard to follow...maybe because I've been reading 6 different manga at once...O.o

Bakuman, I'm on chapter 21, finally into the 20's...but there's 70 something....TT^TT Oh! I'm on chapter 11 of Until Death Do Us Part, and there's like 90 chapters of that, and both are still going, which I'm happy about. Bakuman made a strange point, that there's no mainstream popular angel manga...What!? What about Escaflowne, and DNAngel? Or am I mistaken since I've never seen/read any of those...>.>

And then there's Yoru no Kakaku, very interesting, but the chapters...they could be like movies, they seem way too long. Like one of the chapters, there was like a whole 3 year gap between the beginning and end...O.o So weird...and then I look back on it, and I think 'Wow, all that happened, and it seemed like year ago...' which it was supposed to be years, ago...but still, it took too long.

And then there's Kuroshitsuji, which is very pretty...but...for some reason....I just can't get into it...I'll have to read a few more chapters (only on chapter 2). The art is pretty, but...the comedy is...nonexistent, almost. I mean, there's plenty of comedy, but it doesn't make me laugh or smile...it just makes me...well, read on to see if there's something funny about it. I almost died laughing reading Until Death Do Us Part's author's rant thingy, about how he put ads on the internet for people who can be his assistant, and one of them had something about a bathing suit thing...it was so weird...XD

Pandora Hearts! Pandora Hearts...>.> I like the story, but the manga is B-A-D....>.> They all look like Chibis (when they're young, they're tweens, but they shouldn't look like Chibis)...and their heads are shaped funny, and the characters just seem to have no substance, and the story goes too fast or it's just abrupt or cheesy, like how he seemed like he was in a trance when he heard the music...Ugh, pul-eeze...T.T

Y'know what I REALLY hate in manga? When they say something like 'It feels like _____ is _______ing me'...ermmm...okay...so that's not what I meant...O.o That sounded REALLY dirty...I mean, like when they say about how the darkness or whatever feels like it's taking them over or something...>.> I hate it when they say that! I never think that 'I feel something strange inside' and what-not...it's annoying and stupid. And EVERY manga does that...I just have that T.T face...>.>

The more I read Bakuman the more I think about what I should to become a mangaka, and the more I realize how extreme it is...First of all, I've been drawing for almost ten years (will be ten when I'm like 17....unless I forgot when I started drawing manga....O.o I think it was when I was 7), and I'm not amazing at art...Well, it's not like I never stopped drawing once I decided on drawing manga. And why would such a smart person in school exist in the same manga as Eiji!? That doesn't make any sense....you can't have two geniuses in the same manga...>.>

I also keep thinking of ways I could make my stories better or something like that, something that could be popular and become an anime...which I've always wanted! XD But I really can't think of anything...I want an action manga, but I can't think of any action stories...wait-wait...NO! I have that awesome strange manga with that one character...*nod* *nod* You can tell I'm talking to myself...

But there's so many different manga I wanna do...I want to do an action manga similar to Until Death Do Us Part, or something like that (can't think of any action mangas right now except for that one), a psycological thriller like Death Note, a cute slice of life like Strawberry Marshmellow, and a romantic comedy like....uhhhh...*thinks of a shoujo manga* Chocolat? No....not that style, well, something in a cute style...But what style fits that!?

Maybe I could go for more of Obata's style...but....or maybe, I could just do different style for each manga. Like the manga I'm doing right now that I won't tell you about, the style is pretty simple, but I'd like it to get really detailed and intense for the most intense parts.

I'm thinking of doing a one shot shoujo along with it....Well, maybe not a one shot, but something really short. I've got this idea from my school, because the school doors are really hard to open them (I can't open them...most people can, not that I can open normal doors...but that's just because I forget how they work sometimes), so I'll make a character who can't open doors, and then there's those kinds of people who bruise like a banana, so she is really weak...and she's not supposed to be based off of me...>.> It just happened when I thought about I girl not being able to open a door, and then a boy came in and laughed at her, then opened the door for her...

So then from there, I noticed that most sports people are really rough, so why not make a surprisingly gentle one? So I'm going from there. A girl who is really weak and doesn't like being touched or anything like that because she is easily bruised, and a boy who's on the basketball team who is very popular, but is really gentle.

I might work on it tomorrow, but I have to do homework...I'll do that, and those other two manga. They might be in different styles.

I'm just doing these for practice, so neither of them are anything official or anything I'm really trying hard on. Just for fun and so I can figure out what I can change and what I need to do. One thing in particular is the angles of each frame....they're either from the side or right in front of the character....Ehhh...I think I need to fix that...>.> But I'm keeping the pages the same...

If I'm going to do a serious manga, I'm gonna do 'names' like in Bakuman! >:)

Okay! Bye-bye! I'm gonna go to bed! Then work tomorrow!
