Well, I've kinda designed some new characters for a shoujo manga harem that I decided to do since I had a very persuading dream! 
I'm gonna try to make this not as stereo-typical, but I'm gonna have to make some of the characters seem stereo-typical, but they're actually 360 degrees! >:D A new expression I've been thinking in my head meaning that they have their ups and downs and inbetweens which makes them more original and more human than most stereo-typical characters.
Lemme tell you guys about them! >:D (None of them have names, yet....XD)
1. He is a foreign exchange student from germany, but speaks Japanese fluently (because he's actually half japanese) and he's addicted to sweets, and always consuming them (so he has a lollipop in his mouth). He's very childish and selfish, always wanting attention (which he gets a lot of because of his looks).
2. He's really loud and overly confident about almost everything. And he's always cheery and is also a womanizer (because we need some womanizers! X3) He'd be our main character...probably...*nod* *nod* Well, he was in my dream, soooo...He's very leader-like and runs several clubs and is also on several sports teams (does he have any free time!? XD). He's very popular for his good looks and cheerful attitude that'll make anybody pumped up! (GANBATTE~!!)
3. Of course this was coming! :D We have the kawaii kawaii shota boy~! He likes kitties and talks like a cat and totally wants to become a cat...O.o And he's very popular because he's adorable and lots of people like cats! X3
4. He's the cold and serious and very dark all the time. He has serial killer eyes~! (No, that's just what they said in Toradora! so I went with that...XD I wanted to make an even scarier looking 'dark and mysterious' character). He's very negative towards lots of people and only has very few close friends. HOWEVER! He's very popular because apparently a lot of girls like the 'dark and mysterious' kind of guy...O.o
5. The stereo-typical popular boy! He's full of himself! :D I don't know, I haven't put much thought into him except that he's really popular, selfish, and a secret wimp. He's also very rich. But he's one of these characters that turns out to not be very important at all (sorry, I kinda spoiled it...or I'm spoiling it telling you it's a spoiler...O.O).
6. Uhh...O.o I drew him wrong...XD He's based off of Takeru (from SuG, mon!). He's very sportsy and social and likes playing lots of pranks and is rarely very serious. He smiles a lot, too. He's hard to explain...^ ^; *flap* *flap* (I'm flapping my hand...sorry...XD)
7. Our main heroine...kinda...O.o I based her off of Momoko Tsugunaga (with a bit of Nozomi Tsuji for appearance). She's a tom boy...O.o Uhh...? Well, she's a BIG otaku and is always playing video games and she likes lots of dark and gothic things and has a very good fashion sense despite her geekiness. She's very stubborn and loud, but other than that she's a regular girl...'orz N-no, she's not based off of myself, not at all! In case you're wondering. She's based off of Momoko Tsugunaga...well...she's not a big otaku or THAT into video games, but I made Momo-chan's likes more extreme, but her personality is basically the same...In a way...gah, sorry, she's hard to explain...>.>
8. Our main-ish heroine's best friend! She's kinda leaning on the gyaru side when it comes to fashion (not so much with make-up, though), she's really social and is friends with most people in the school. She's very, nice, too and I don't really think she has a bad side...O.o And...I THINK I might make her a lesbian...O.o not really sure...O.o Hrmmm...>.> That would be very interesting, wouldn't it? XD
So what is the story you ask? And where are all the boys popular?
I've told you this before, but I've added more to it! >:D
It's about how the most popular boys at school all like the same girl (but are too afraid to confess...XD It might ruin their reputation if she says no since she's such a nerd...XD If they asked her best friend, it wouldn't be so bad, but....XD). So Mr. Numbah 2 (let's call him that for now...XD) holds a meeting...somehow...O.o of something....not really sure...O.o Well, he holds a meeting of all the popular boys who like her to create a game where they try their best to have her fall in love with them. And to keep them updated on her feelings they've gotten Mrs. Number 7's best friend in on the game. Whoever gets her to fall in love with them the most (sounds weird...O.o) wins ze game!
And then we have a catch! She all kinda likes each one except our main character whom she can't stand, and even though he actually likes her the most! XD So he's in last place and losing and has to somehow make it to the top if he ever wants to win the game! TT^TT
Yep, yep, that's how it is...*nod* *nod* The game I actually made quite complicated by accident...O.o;
And this won't be a one shot! It'd be a long one if it was...It's actually a short manga with maybe liiike 5 chapters...O.o Not supposed to be short, but not supposed to be INCREDIBLY long or anything. This one should be for practice! >:D So that I can practice stuff that isn't just a one shot.
Besides that I've found that I actually like shounen-ai more than shoujo. I mean, I like a lot shoujo manga, but a lot of it kinda...well...something about it doesn't make me as happy as when I read shounen-ai! X3
I don't want to be a shoujo mangaka or a shounen-ai mangaka...I want to be a seinen mangaka...But I wonder if I started out my career with something like 360, which was a shoujo, then could I switch to Ultra Jump after that? I mean...*cough* Already planning what magazine I want to have my manga published in! ^ ^;
Hrmm...I really wonder...
And I also wonder if I would get fans for my idol shoujo manga and then I'd lose most of them if I went to seinen and I wouldn't get as many fans since I did shoujo...O.o I mean, if I change my style...>.> Or I could change my name...twice...Since my name is VERY English sounding (both my first and last name are actual words...TT^TT) so I'm going to use a different name if I ever become a mangaka...
Liiike Loli-pop or something! XD...'orz...
And tomorrow I will write this manga and I will do the manga outline for that shounen-ai one, FINALLY, and I'll listen to Haruka Shimotsuki music...So I won't be knocking out any lists or anything, but I will be finishing some work I've been wanting/needing to do.
