Surrounded

“Huh? Sazaki…” Naruto thought turning around, and looking around. “But, where did it come from?” Naruto paused for a second, trying to hear Sazaki’s voice again, but there was nothing.
“Hey, Naruto! We found you! Now, we can go looking for the rest! We may have to split up again…” Sakura explained, ignoring Naruto. She just looked up to the sky.
“S-Sakura…it is you right?” Naruto wondered, fear crossing over his blue eyes.
“Of course! Who COULD I be?” Sakura asked, sarcastically. Suddenly, Naruto smiled and quickly ran to Sakura, giving her an unexpectedly strong hug.
“WH-WHAT!? NARUTO!! GET OFF OF ME!!” Sakura cried in complete embarrassment. Naruto released his hug and walked backwards some.
“Its just that, I needed relief. Listen, Sakura, The Elites are here and they have attacked Sazaki. We should quickly rescue any others that are in danger. I suggest Hikaru, the weakest of all of us,” Naruto explained, quickly making his decision and walking off.
“Wait! Naruto! She’s probably with Naoko and Kensuke, we shouldn’t worry too much. Then again, you are right Naruto let’s go. But, perhaps we should split up into teams once again. I’ll go with you, and Hinata’s team—“ Sakura was interrupted by Kiba’s annoying outburst.
“HINATA’S TEAM!? What about Kiba’s Team? Fine, let’s go Hinata, we should go look for your cousin’s team now. I made MY decision now you guys go,” Kiba protested, wandering off, trying to act cool. Hinata had a worried look on her face but ran about Kiba anyways. Shino stayed.
“Grrr, that Kiba!! He’s so annoying! Uh…Shino, I though you’d go with your team,” Sakura pointed out.
“I have other plans. I will look for Iaara and Sanosuke, I am sure you have already forgotten that they were with us during the Chuunin exams,” Shino volunteered.
“Good idea, don’t get lost. Stay hidden at all times!” Sakura agreed, taking Shino’s hand, shaking it, then nodding in an agreeable fashion. They all decided, Kiba and Hinata were off finding Neji, Rock Lee, and Tenten, Naruto and Sakura were searching for Hikaru and Kensuke, and Shino was on his own, scouting for Sanosuke and Iaara. He had a good plan of being safe since they are both great ANBU ninja. They all had their own agenda.
Kiba and Hinata flew through the air, Kiba, as always, was forgetting to go by the village quietly and just trampled through the village, until it spotted the three in their usual spot, on top of one of the roofs.
“Ah, Neji,” Hinata breathed a sigh of relief as the two climbed up to the roof top. Kiba plopped on one of the seats right next to Neji and Tenten.
“Uh…what ARE you doing?” Neji asked, disgusted at Kiba’s manor. Hinata put a leg over and fell into a seat next to Neji and Rock Lee.
“Uh…uh…Hi brother!” Hinata giggled, embarrassed that she fell on her lap.
“What are you two doing?” Neji’s voice sounded angered. Kiba jumped up into the same stance as Robin Hood.
“We are here to save you! The Elite Nin’s are in town!” Kiba laughed heroicly. Hinata sat up.
“Yes, Sakura and Naruto instructed us to find you. We aren’t really saving you, though. We are just trying to be safe and together so we don’t get lost!” Hinata explained.
“Oh really, so you two have heard of them, too?” Neji asked.
“We shouldn’t sit around here! Let’s go find some others that are in need. I vote for us finding the two Hiros’ team!” Rock Lee stated his opinion.
“Yeah, we should all split up, even though that might make it worse,” Tenten thought aloud.
“Tenten will go with me to find Narikawa and Yumiko while you two go find Sazaki, Rico, and Kai,” Neji commanded immediately.
“Really Neji?” Tenten blushed.
“Yes, you are the weakest on our team so we cannot leave you alone here,” Neji explained, pushing Tenten’s hopes away. Tenten seemed disappointed. They were off. Now back to Sai, finally.
Sai was wandering around when suddenly poked into Ino, Shikamaru, and Chouji’s conversation. I’m not searching for THEM but I guess they’ll do, Sai thought. He walked into the middle of their dining, actually Chouji’s dining. “Hey, you three, you are in danger of being murdered by The Elite. I have come, assigned by the fifth Hokage, to protect you all. Do not disagree. You will all stay with me now!” Sai demanded.
“We have no say in this at all? Pff…I bet there IS not “The Elite”,” Shikamaru whined.
“There are! All who have been in the chuunin exams who have skill were cloned by Kabuto over the passed three years. Since I was not one of them I do not have a clone. And by the sounds I have heard they are probably here,” Sai explained.
“You are probably just scaring us,” Ino muttered.
“Graagh! JUST COME WITH ME!! We need to go find everyone else too! It is a long list!” Sai was annoyed. He yanked out the list and let it flow down. The three stared at eachother, sighed and followed Sai. Sai seemed happy at that.
Everyone came back to where Sakura directed them, leading to where Narikawa and Sazaki were. “SAZAKI!! NARIKAWA!! WH-WHERE IS BIG SISTER!?” Hikaru cried. She ran over to Sazaki and lay her bandaged hand over her hair. Narikawa sat still, motionless while Sazaki was in tears. Sazaki held her hand over her neck as the blood streamed out.
“Sazaki, you are bleeding…” Sakura pointed out as she immediately went to Sazaki’s side to try and stop the blood.
“I knew I shouldn’t have left…” Naruto seemed very disappointed in himself.
“Narikawa, where is Yumiko?” Sanosuke asked firmly. He wanted to know the answer.
“Oh! Yumiko!!” Sazaki cried.
“Wh-where is she?” Sanosuke’s face turned pale.
“She’s gone…” Iaara mumbled almost as if he knew everything that had happened.
“Y-Yumiko…I don’t know…I don’t know…” Narikawa repeated.
“What don’t you know!?” The two Hiro’s argued. They hated, just like Sai, the constant pauses.
“I am just guessing but, Yumiko was like, killed or something and taken away by those Elite guys,” Kensuke explained his thoughts.
“Could that be true?” Hikaru covered her mouth. Hinata walked over to Hikaru, Sakura, and Sazaki.
“I don’t know if it is true, but if it is, I will fight for my life, I promise,” Hinata whispered in Hikaru’s ear.
“Stabbed…she was stabbed…in the stomach,” Narikawa muttered, still frozen with shock. A tear streamed from his eye.
“But, now we are surrounded, useless. They have found us, so we must fight,” Neji interrupted the mood of the area.
“He’s right! COME OUT AND FIGHT!” Shikamaru called.
“We’re all going to die!” Hikaru screamed, covering her ears.
