One Friday we were allowed to cut in line by these nice people, but they had some guy with them that kept following me and being all creepy...;m; So thinking of that experience wasn't particularly pleasant, but to finish the weekend we saw the same guy who was one of the ones that let us cut in line the 'High five guy'...XD Not as creepy as the other guy, though.
But thank you to them for the kindness, though I don't enjoy being followed by strangers.
I think we just walked around a lot after that. I started taking lots of pictures at the Dealer's Room when my friend suddenly told me we weren't allowed to do that, so I didn't after that...but...I JUST LOVE FOOD PACKAGING SO MUCH~! It's soooo cute~! X3 Most of the time...I mean...O.o;
I found $20 of mine in my bag (though my parents gave me $40 for food 'cause I said I was totally broke...so I feel bad that I wasn't...'orz) so I bought a KERA magazine. I was debating on whether to get a magazine with Takeru in it or a magazine with Kyary Pyamu Pyamu in it...Turns out both of them are in it! XD Takeru is looking too stylish (though I wish there were more SuG pics...and some Masato...'orz) and there's also a pic of SHINee that is looking fairly adorable and PIKO~! :D So that magazine made me happy. Though I still like my DUET magazine more (just 'cause of Tegoshi Yuya...and that their clothes look happier...punk just looks very sad or angry...O.o;)
I finally found my friends and we went to the ball, and my friend was in character as Sebastian and she took me to my seat...XD Since I was Ciel (a very bad Ciel). And some of my friends tried to dance, then this dance instructor came up to us while we were dancing and offered to teach us...XD It was so weird, I didn't know he was a dance instructor (of course not, I never met him).
Then my friend saw some Kyoya (who was Asian...she is after Asian guys...*shakes head*) and started freaking out and wanted to dance with him so badly so I told her to start with getting a picture and then ask him to dance to not be as awkward. Apparently he was very nice and did both very kindly and she was very happy...XD If I was in the guy's shoes, though, I don't think I could handle a stranger coming up to me like that...especially when THEIR FRIENDS ARE TAKING PICTURES AND VIDEOS....That would get to me...XD Gosh friends! XD
I don't really remember anything after that...O.o;
Then on Saturday I'm not exactly sure what happened either...hrmm...My friends and I tried to do some dancing, but it felt empty 'cause there were only 3 of us and we couldn't remember the dances...'orz
My friend was in the talent show so I went to go see that. I must say that was probably the most fun of the whole weekend. The host was HILARIOUS! XD And I was sitting near/with a bunch of people yelling at him...XD So funny! And he really liked 2pm so he was excited about my friend's performance, but she wanted to do another song but for some reason they didn't get the song so she had to do whatever I had on my MP3 player...'orz
All of the performances were actually very good. I feel my friend and I should've just danced to Oppa by Eunhae and just improv'ed what we couldn't remember...XD
I saw a dancing zombie...and talked to some girl about Kpop for a while...and I went to a Sailor Moon panel in which they asked a question as trivia of what sailor scout didn't make it out of the Mistress 9 battle...
Apparently the answer was Sailor Pluto, which I guess could be right if you just stick it to that one part, but then she's later revived to then she did make it out...O.o; It don't get that question...it's still bothering me...>3>
I suddenly got like 3 photos in just a few minutes on Sunday when I dressed up as Cis, but I don't think anybody knew who I was. I wasn't really wearing her costume, just her wig...'cause I didn't want to make her costume...
But I feel if I just saw the wig I'd know straight away (especially since I mainly just see portraits of her).
But I don't think Tiger and Bunny and Persona 4 are as popular as they are on Pixiv...'orz
I also entered the Art Show and Art Contest. I didn't sell anything (except that my friend bought one of my pics...actually, she bought a lot of pics, she was being very nice in there) and I didn't win the art contest, but it was still really fun.
I think the problem with the Art Show (hardly anybody got any bids) was that it was on Sunday, a day in which hardly anybody could be there, and you wouldn't get your art until 3 pm...O.o; So there wasn't much bidding.
I accidentally started talking to one guy who got a TON of bids one his marble tile pics. They were very good, I can't imagine drawing on them. I still have it in my mind 'cause it was a weird feeling talking about it and then turning around and there's like a prince or something behind you saying 'Oh, yeah, I drew that'...XD But prince I mean that's what it looked like he was dressed as. I should've pictures of the artists I met, they were really cool. I talked to some on DA, too.
The contest was really awesome, too 'cause I thought it was just going to be setting up your art and then you're judged and then somebody's chosen, but the guy gave critiques to everyone and I learned a lot~! But he didn't really critique mine, he just asked how old I was and then said I should show it to my teacher 'cause she's like it, and she does...a LOT...XD
I guess that's a compliment...but I prefer more critiques...though they were low on time, still...
I feel like I'm the person who does 'amazing' work but not amazing enough for anybody to care too much...'orz I always feel that way about most things. Basically anything I'm in to. That I'm really good, but somebody is always better...but I think that's how I've run my life as the 2nd placer (not that I got 2nd place...but it feels that way, if you're not a winner then you're 2nd place...'orz). I like 2nd place, but then sometimes it can be disappointing.
I'm not disappointed about not winning, I'm disappointed I didn't get a harsher critique...>3>
