This ^^^ is what I've been doing today. Yup. Lots and lots of shoujo. I'm kinda getting sick of shoujo now.
Well...there is the common scenario of being violated by some random guy, and it's getting on my nerves...
But I have found SOME good ones...I think I like the more simple shoujo where it's just that a girl likes some guy and the guy likes somebody else or something...or some other guy likes her, too and she might like him but we don't know all in different scenarios.
Not this....completely out there scenario with wacko writing and it just doesn't make any sense. I mean...who are all these people? When did they think anything that they were doing was okay and why is the girl always the same?
These questions constantly go through my mind.
I read them because I was bored of the shoujo I own I wanted some better romances and because the main character of my shoujo is supposed to be like the typical male beauty but is changed to a girl, and isn't a beauty....so it's a bit complicated to get this character perfect.
Her personality is manly on the outside, and adorable on the inside. Liiike a truffle...it's hard on the outside and creamy (and overly sweet) on the inside.
I want to make my shoujo like a regular shoujo (I mean, not anything so out there it's not even shoujo) except with messed up roles and different scenarios...though I can't help myself from not being original...there are just some moments which I love too much I can't help but put in.
ANYWAYYYSSS...To help me figure out what I'm doing and how I can make the perfect shortcake recipe with my manga (*cough* I mean, make it sweet, fluffy, creamy, and go well together...yes, shoujo manga is like baking a shortcake)...
