Aha! This song! Aha!

Dragonheart was on TV one day and I heard this song playing and I was smashed with tons of memories...but I had no clue why the song was so familiar...

I had seen Dragonheart when I was little, but this song does not remind me of Dragonheart. So I looked it up.

Haha! Though I'm not sure if this is the real trailer, but I do remember the sound being correct. I remember seeing this trailer BILLIONS of times because it would be on several different VHS tapes of Disney movies that I have.

But that's not all! It's been used in several movie montages!

Just yesterday I was watching Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy and they had a commercial about Universal Pictures with that song...

So that song is liike...another one of those Requiem for a Dream songs...Lux Aeterna...that's used in so many movie trailers and in a TON of youtube videos...O.o;

Like the Mortal Kombat song...

Or like how I'm constantly hearing Evangelion songs in the shows I'm watching...

It's...just so strange...I can understand using Momusu music (which I've heard in several shows) and I can understand capsule music (which I heard in this one show but I assume it was because Momusu was there so they had to change the song...XD)...but...Evangelion music? It just seems to odd to me.

I've actually seen a show where they used Komm Susser Todd (Come Sweet Death) in a happy scene where they were talking and greeting each other...THAT'S SO WEIRD! ;m; I know it might help with the atmosphere, but because I know where it's from and what happens when it plays it creates an eerie atmosphere instead of a silly light hearted one....;m;

So that's my talk about music. I'm clearly very bored.

Oh, this is one of my very favourite songs from an anime:

(It was probably used in a TV show, also...>3>)

Also that movie Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy. It wasn't too bad. I had to read about it afterwards...'cause I seriously had no clue what happened even by the end of it. But that may be a good thing. It made me want to read the book so I could understand. But the feel of the movie and the acting was beautiful.

I do recommend watching it. But you will be very confused.

I don't recommend watching My Week with Marilyn. It was....odd...uncomfortable...odd...just not a pleasant movie to watch even though it's supposed to be just a romance. My problem with it is more that, yeah, I know it happened, but why does everything seem so fake and strange. The guy was suddenly in love with her and I don't understand why...O.o; I mean, it might be true that he fell in love with her, but the love story wasn't really there, to me. Just an odd movie not worth your time. Though it was pretty.

My mom liked 50/50, I didn't like it. But I guess you should watch that, too. It's funny at times and depressing at times, but none of it really hit me to hard. My biggest complaint was that it was INCREDIBLY SHORT. I don't like movies that are short, even if they were good. But if you like short movies then you should watch it.

What other movies have I watched recently?

Oh, War Horse. I didn't particularly like it, but I think if you like horses then you might like it...or if you like any of Spielberg's movies then you would. It was a classic Spielberg movie...so I didn't really like it. (The only Spielberg movie I liked was Schindler's List because it felt so unlike him) My mom really liked this movie. Again too Spielberg-y for me, so I didn't like it. But it's not a terrible movie and the horse doesn't die in the end so you don't have to worry about that~! :D

I can't remember what other movies I've watched.

Well, adios~! ^ ^

(Huh...looking back at those movies...I didn't really like any of them...I haven't liked a movie in a while...though Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy was nice to watch. I would like to watch it again. But I wouldn't say it's my favourite.)
