Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan
From Psycho Pandas:
"I have something I don't want to lose—
So much so that these terrible feelings have grown."
A pianist who attempted suicide 3 times, Juri, is taken to help her aunt at a prison where murderers who killed indiscriminately are sentenced to death. There, she meets a man named Yuu who took the lives of 3 people. A mother's antagonism--a brother's death... Together they embrace the violent rebellion in their hearts caused by the large, deep scars they carry. However, before long, they both embrace an earnest hope in their hearts. "I want to live..."
An adaptation of a novel by South Korea's most popular female novelist, Gong Ji-Young.
This manga...the art was SUPERB and by SUPERB I'm not like 'there was that one page and it was so pretty looking and they did a really good job, although occasionally the drawings were really bad in the panels themselves'...No man, I mean EVERY PANEL WAS PERFECT!
It feels so...so unbelievable when I read manga with really good artwork. It makes me flip out.
This manga made me cry...And I couldn't stop crying the entire time I read the last chapter...Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 all over again.
I really love these types of manga where they show different sides of a seemingly black and white situation. I mean, you kill someone, you must be bad, insane, etc. but that's not true at all.
I think I might want to read Gong Ji-Young's novels since they all have controversial themes...I mean, if I can find her stuff translated and online...'orz
But I HIGHLY recommend this manga. It's only 8 chapters. 8 beautiful chapters that are written so well.
Now off ta read more manga on meh listtttttt....'cause I've been neglecting manga for some reason...and anime...Maybe it's because if I get too attached I won't finish more Idolling...but I'm only posting chap 3 and then when I get around to it chap 4. I don't feel like writing chap 4 until I've improved a lot more after chap 3.
Okie dokie~! Adios~! :D
