Big Changes
Well it has happened.
I have moved out of my house in western New York and into an appartment in Wakefield, Massachusetts. Yea, I know I haven't posted in like a hundred millenia and I haven't submitted any artwork in even longer but the truth is I'm lazy.
However! I have been practicing some photoshop--learned some tricks from my friend Red Eclipse. I'm still no good with photoshop, but i should at least be able to make lineart and color now that i have new skillz.
Now then, I work a full time job making your cars safer so it's gonna take me a while to finish anything especially since I'm still getting the hang of this method of using PS which is like 100x better than my old way.
What I may soon post will be a photoshop-colored version of an old pictures. I have not corrected any proportion errors in the picture--it has all the flaws it started with because it's easier to simply go over the old one instead of trying to fix the problems. w/e, i won't bore you with minor details.
Just saying hi to all my old friends--if they still use this site, that is!
the end of the beginning
It's finally over! semester #4, only 6 more semesters to go!
Finals are finally through with, hopefully I didn't totally fail any; I'm not particularly confident about my Differential Equations Final though...
Had my last one (Materials Science) today and tomorrow I return to New York.
The first thing i get to do, unfortunately, is fix my basement which my dad invented an ingenius way of ruining! I'm betting my gamecube is unusable now...
after that, however, I'll be able to go visit my girlfriend at her college. see her perform at Friday Night Live (like SNL, only funnier) have some meals, play some D&D (if the guy will let me!), make some armor. basically, more fun than i can have at my house.
Anyways, this goes out to all those hard working ppls still in classes:
SUCKERS!
Good night! xD
omg starcraft
so yesterday, while working with my friend on some Mechanics of Materials homework, we got distracted by a mission he was designing on starcraft. Now I haven't played starcraft in about 5 years but working on the triggers and details of this map has got me excited to pick it up again. I think tonight i'll install it on my computer (good thing i brought it with me hehehe) and reignite my old hobby of building missions in the map editor.
We worked on this map for hours in between homework problems and eventually got pretty close to how we wanted it. it took some doing tho, lots of failed test runs, iteration upon iteration of unit strength balancing, the whole nine yards. The funniest failed attempt was when we had just written the final defeat trigger in the case that you did not make it back in time and everything blows up. this is supposed to occur after a bomb is set, but because of a flaw in the trigger it activate at the start of the game and as soon as we began playing it told us we lost. it was very late at night and we found the sight of ever single unit on the map simultaneously exploding the most hilarious thing ever.
Hopefully I've managed to bore you today.
spiral eyes
So i've been absent for a little while here. I knew version vibrant was coming soon, but wow. this just knocked me out of my chair. I'm still figuring out all the little tricks and re-adding all my old friends...i think i'm going about this the right way, just go to their page and click the heart, right? that's what i'm doing anyways...
So hopefully i'll hear from some of you guys; Scorcher, Mota, Kaoru, Angel, Xaos. you'll be hearing from me xD I'm going to continue figuring this new site...thing out. and maybe if i get my homework done, ever, i'll post some art.
Look forward to hearing from you guys and seeing your artwork. Take care all!
