Back in the day.....
Any of you have hard time cleaning your room? I am! It's not that my room is messy, but just all those dust on TV, book shelves, & etc, throwing away old mag and papers.
Every time start cleaning my room, it takes few days to finish it. Picking up old mag and you'll like "Oh yeah, there was one article I wanted to read, but didn't have chance to read it!" so you start reading it the whole mag. I did that 4 times today! (T-T)
BUT there is something good too. I found old, old drawing I did in jr. high school. It's embarrassing to say, but my drawing sucked back in Jr. high school. LOL
Well, better get back to cleaning or, I can't sleep tonight! My room is WAY messier than I've started~~~!
Also, I need to make something to eat too. I'm getting bit hungry.
Protein~~!!
K, this one is bit high protein for lady's so when you make it, just be careful! For guys that work-out, it's natural protein and it's way cheaper than those powder proteins.
Lil background of this dinner is, I made this dinner while back when I was into weight lifting with my friends. I went to friend's house to hang out. We were hanging out til pretty late and we were getting hungry. So I desided to offer to cook something. When I check his frig, there were dried beacon (use in salad), eggs, ham, rice, and few other crazy stuff (I don't wanna remember). That time, we both needed high proteins..... So I made this!
It's pretty simple to make
Level of Hardness: Easy
Ingredient:
2 Eggs
1 bowl of cooked Rice
Dried Beacon
3 slice of Ham
Dried Onion powder
few salt, pepper, garlic
Pretty much it's same concept as making a fried rice. Make sure to put the rice first! From there, put other ingredients!!! After 15 mins....
The reason why I made this high protein dinner was today when I was thinking about what to make for dinner, I saw this dried beacon bag (which I bought few weeks ago) in there and remind me that dinner! So I made this.
Expect the Unexpected!
"Expect the unexpected!" have you ever heard that quote before? Well, I learn that quote in harsh way~~~!
Well, it's all started while prepin' for dinner, my good friend Jenny called me up to what I'm going. I told her that I'm just prepin' for dinner, so I told her she's more than welcome to come and eat...... And that was the beginning. I thought, she just came to eat her fav homemade curry (Ichitaka ver!), but sadly that wasn't the case.
After we finish eating, I asked her "How's life treating you?" That triggered her, and start crying and went on about her break up she had that day..... Well, that part is totally fine, I've always has been "Big Brother" and heard everybody's life problems and gave advice or just there to listen to them.
Her break up story went up til 5am~~~! Give or take of 12 hrs long. By all means, she feels a lot better now and moving on.... But I only had 1&1/2 hrs of sleep and here I am @ work is bit harsh! Specially, need to catch up on all the stuff @ work (previous blog). Now, I'm in lunch break.... Want to take power nap, but I'm pretty sure if I do, I'm not going to wake up for while. LOL I feel like I gonna have brain-meltdown here. LOL
"Expect the unexpected"
Hm..... I think, I've learn my lesson, thanks Confucius!
Less than 2 week~~!
Hope everyone's Summer Vacation is going well. Yesterday, I received a e-mail from college warning me that class is going to start less than 2 week~~~! I was like "WHAT? It's already been that long?" I don't remember summer vacation to be this short..... Well it's not short, just felt short!
Anyways, I should be done with one of the project tomorrow night or so, I'm not in rush to finish it. Just cleaning here & there mess and make it nicer.
Sweets?
Whole day I was craving something sweet..... And about 3 hrs of work, work main system went to melt down (so they said), and can't really work til part comes in (which is til monday).
So I came home and made this simple dessert!
Level of Hardness: Mid
