Hello~ how's everyone's weekend goin'? Did anything fun or doin' anything fun? As for me, I have sore left leg & right arm. How? Went to bowling~! Man, I haven't played Bowling for over a year. One of the Bowling alley has $12 for midnight thing and play $12 and you can play many game as you can for 2 hrs. Total we (5 of us) played 4 games. After 3rd around most of us were dead tired. As for me, I was already dead in middle of 2nd around, but I had a competition w my friend to see who can get higher score. In the end 4 wins no lost for me. Not to be cocky or anything, but I use to work at the restaurant that is mix w bowling place, so when ever I get off work I played few rounds of games. I use to average 230~260 when I was in prime time... but now, 220 might be best I can do. Also I found out that, it's not really fun beating everyone w high score, so I try to keep mine score in 2nd or 3rd place. Bowling is fun when everyone's score is around the same. Result beat my friend's score by 2~8 pins, every game... man, sound so cocky, let's change subject. lol
Final Fantasy XIII has FINALLY RELEASED in Japan few days ago. Sadly there's a lot of reviews that giving bad review. Famitsu gave 39/40 which was beaten by Bayonetta (xbox ver). Also in 2ch gamer's feed backs are more worse to read. So to Final Fantasy fan here. Reading after all the reviews are you planning to buy it when it comes out in US? Oh and price in Japan is 90,000 yen ish that's bout $87 (give or take). While US ver will cost $65. Why the price difference? Oh one more thing. They rated T for Teen due to Lighting's side boob & few other exposures of female chara.

Wait, wait, wait... Isn't some of younger girls games has those too? Because JP games has better graphic to show more depth to chara design, they gonna make it Teen... O'well. I'm not under teen or anything, so I don't have to worry or anything, but reading that made me laugh.
Now for few months, my wallet gonna be crying. There are so many games that are coming out!

Hello~ how's everyone doin'? How's final papers, test, presentation & etc goin'? Hope you're not procrastinating like I was. lol
Recently I start watching the anime One Piece... Yes, I know, I'm late on the groove. I'm type of person that doesn't like to watch the anime, if it's popular (Evagelion, Naruto, Bleach & etc) til it dies down. Yeah, I know, One Piece is still popular, but it's not popular as it use to be. Anyways, back to the topic, in 2 days I have watched up to 175 episodes (actually, I'm amazed w that number). Over all One Piece is good and fun, but man, story doesn't move along. I can make Turkey sandwich from OP and they'll be still talkin' bout what happened last episode. I think, I gonna do simple review on this series (up til episode 175).
Story/Plot: 8/10
It is original for sure, bring back the Pirates time... at the same time, anime have done bout finding ultimate treasure/weapon since birth of anime and I understand that Pirates = Treasure & Adventure. I get that... and One Piece try to do few twists to make it interesting adventure story.
Characters: 9.5/10
I love the Chara the most! Each chara has unique design and personality that knows that it is them. They're not perfect in any means. Luffy has scar on his face. Sanji has weird eyebrow. Usoppu... well you know. Just it didn't reach to perfect score do to female charas. Yes, Nami & Nico is hot, but c'on. Their figures are like Barbie! It's ridiculous! I'm Boa fan (which she haven't shown up yet), but I'm worry she gonna have more skinnier than Nami and Nico.
Art: 7/10
I'm not judging by the chara design. That's how it was drawn in manga, so I accept that. Reason why I gave 7 is cuz of unfinished works. In 175 episodes which I have seen, I can say more than half had unfinished work was put. Yes, been animator isn't easy and they have hell days, but that doesn't mean you can up unfinished work.
So far, I don't see why I would stop watching this series, but at the same time I don't see any reason why I wouldn't skip few episodes.
Anyways, I'm getting bit hungry, so I gonna make something and start watching One Piece. lol Hope everyone keep warm and safe.

lil warning... If you are big fan of "Bokura ga Ita" series then don't read this blog.
Hello~! How's everyone? Hope good. As for me, I'm bit annoyed & disappointed bout the anime series "Bokura ga Ita". There was a lot of hype by a lot of love anime fans, but seriously annoying love anime I watched in long time. Why? There's a lot of reasons.
1. Art - C'on, Bokura ga Ita was released in '06, not end 80's. Feels like few of episodes were drawn by elementary school kids. Even low budget anime (ex: Bakemonogatari, Honey & Clover, Marmalade Boy) had better graphics then this.
2. Plot/Story - You know this part it's not Director or Storyboard writer's fault... but c'on, it's so predictable what's gonna happen next. To certain level, I okay with does predictable story, but doin' it over and over, I just wanna pull my hair.
3. VA - No offense to VA, but man listening to their voice irritated me. Isn't VA's job to put some feelin' to each chara? Just readin' it out loud, even PC can do that. Yes, most of the VA were newbies, but I still think they could of done better.
Yes, I could of just stop watchin' it... but as one Otaku, I'll finish watching anime that I have started, even if that series is horrible. If I offended any Bokura ga Ita fan in there, I'm fully sorry. I just seen better romance anime/manga/book. I haven't finished watching (25 & 26 to go), so maybe those last 2 episodes will make it up (I highly doubt it).

Hello~ how's everyone enjoyin' the Sunday? Relaxin'? Studyin' ofr tomorrow's test? Catch up on your sleep? All in all enjoy much as you can.
So how's anime life for you all? Watching new series or maybe old school series? As for me, I'm watchin' both new and old... but I wanna talk bout Kampfer. Any of you watching that series? It kinda reminds me of Sekirei, Ikkitousen & all other fan service anime. My fav chara is Chissoku Inu... but it's just a stuffed animal, so I decided to go with Sangou Shizuka (pic on the top). IDK, maybe cuz of Tsundere? Or I just like those High Pride Princess chara...? lol Anyways, watchin' this series you'll see that she's tryin' get main chara's attention... but main chara (Natsuru) is seriously dense. I kinda want her to end up like this...
But I'm pretty sure it's not goin' to be happy ending for her... T-T
Speakin' of not happy endin'. There's another anime, Nyan Koi! and my fav on that series is Sumiyoshi Kanako. In the first she show up in the series, she had freaky make-up, but when she took it off and have her natural face... man! She is my type. lol Not too fan of her extremely big melons, but her personality... just right. lol

Right now, I was started on one drawin' (Princess) & workin' on another one (Miku)... I gonna pause those two and I want to draw Shizuku or Kanako. I haven't decide. Hopefully buy next week or so, I can show the rough drawin' of either one.
Anyways, I'm getting hungry, so I gonna make something to eat. What to eat, clam chowder sounds good. Tonight been cold, so it should be nice.

Hello~! How's everyone doin'? How's weather over there? Is it snowin' or is it tropical? How was Thanksgiving? Ate enough? Hope you guys didn't eat too much that, scare to get on the weight scale like I am. lol Does your family have some kind of tradition? Hope everyone is safe and sound on Black Friday. Hope no one got hurt (physically & the wallet).
As for me, I'm doin' pretty good physically... but my wallet took some damage. No, it didn't get stolen or lost. Just I have spent bit more then I wanted to. lol I only bought 2 item, but it cost me total of $700... Yeah, I finally bought LCD TV and that cost my the most. I bought 40" Samsung LN40B something something. I was debating to buy it online or at the local store. Why was I debating? Well you know, there's always pro & con on online & local. Online pro are don't need to pay for tax & don't need to worry bout how to bring it home. While con are website can be trusted or shipped broken. Local store pro is buy it, you have it right there right now & if broken return it quickly. While con is tax & how to bring it home... and list goes both side on and on... This time, I went to online. For few reason.
Reason 1 "Tax" - TV was on sale both online & local store for same price ($598). BUT local store will add tax to it, for this one tax was going to be $60-ish. While online was tax free, so I saved myself $60.
Reason 2 "Shipping" - Some of you know that my car is coupe and don't have much space. TV I bought is 40" and I know for sure that, that box would not fit in my car. Online had free shipping too, so I took that as advantage.
Reason 3 "Chance" - Chance of me getting the TV at the local store was slim. It wasn't impossible, but just 50/50 chance. While online was guaranteed to have it... so I had a choice of wait outside in freezing cold or stay home warm and buy it.
Anyways, I'll be expecting to receive the TV next week or so. I can't wait!
My friend wanted to go Black Friday shoppin'... From last yr's experience, it was slave who carried all the stuff for several hrs. Think of it as those anime guy chara that carrying a lots of stuff while chick buying more stuff... Yeah, I was that guy. Yes, I enjoy shoppin', but my philosophy is "buy many as you can carry." It's weird, but it's true. If you don't wanna carry all the stuff around and go shoppin' then don't buy em. Buy the stuff you really want, then it shouldn't be pain to carry. Of course furniture can be heavy, so I totally understand, but 6 jeans, 5 shirts, 3 jackets, & few dozen unknown stuff is bit heavy & overboard. Anyways, my friend and her sister called me this morning to go shoppin', but sadly I was takin' a "Shower", so I couldn't answer. lol I know they called me few times, but I seriously didn't see my phone til late night (just few hrs ago 9pm).
Next item I bought is EHD (External Hard Drive). My 1tb EHD only had 10gb of free space left, due to all the anime I have (over 330 series). Result, I bought another 1tb EHD. Now total I have 3 EHD (one 500gb & two 1tb). Now, I'm transferring M~Z anime title to new EHD... so 1tb hold A~L anime titles while other one hold M~Z animes. I bought this one for $65, so I'm really happy bout that... I just noticed and all 3 EHD is made by WD (Western Digital). It's not that I'm "only" buyin' WD, but it just happen to me WD.
Anyways, I think I wrote enough tonight. Hope everyone have good weekend.
