As for me, A LOT of things happened, so this gonna be REALLY LONG blog. Hope you have enough time to read it. If not, no worry, mostly crappy stuff that happened to me. lol So let's start.
Warrior Challenge
For the Warrior Challenge, I have entered... sadly I lost. At the same time, I was happy for imouto-chan, who won the challenge. Good job!
Age Doesn't Matter
I always thought that I'll never loose to any sports to older person... til Friday, 60 plus yrs old men beaten me. Which sport? Pool/ Biliard. My friend's dad came to teach us few lesson on how to be good Biliard player. Later that night my friend told me that, he's dad is semi-pro biliard player... well that explains a lot. lol
Love Letter
I didn't even know there was such thing exist in US. I thought it was Asian thing. lol One of my co-worker gave me a love letter out of nowhere on Thursday and surprised me. I've hanged out w her several time, but nothing special or anything. Anyways, I wrote her back saying sorry and gave it to her yesterday.
Ppl Hello?
Some of you know that, I work @ the City Library. Well, yesterday surely was interesting. So this is how it went with one of the Patron/customer.
Me: "I can help next person~"
Patron drop bag full of DVDs
Me: "and these are...?"
Patron: "DVDs"
Me: "Well yes, I can see that. Are you checking out? Checking in? Renewing?"
Patron: "Yes"
Me: "Which one?"
Patron: "Yes"
I opened the bag and see that all the DVDs were locked, so I summed is Checking out.
Me: "I'm guess, you're checking these DVDs?"
Patron: "No!... Wait I mean yes, checking in!"
Me: "I'm sorry what?"
Patron: "Checking in"
Me: "Checking in" with using body language.
After 10 mins of explaining what's Checking in & Checking out... it was actually Checking OUT!
Ha... gotta love language barrier. lol
Car Problem
Battery, Alternator (& maybe Starter) need to be replaced. Hm... I knew it was going to happen soon. Both Battery & Alternator is fair over 5 yrs old, so needed to be replaced. but I didn't expected to happen this early. I was hoping to last til May so I can replace it, but I guess Plan B.
Penny Arcade Bayonetta Contest
Good friend of mine enter the Penny Arcade's Bayonetta contest. It was pretty simple. First 100 ppl that beat the Bayonetta in Hard mode and take a pic and sent it to Penny Arcade wins a Bayonetta t-shirt. After few months later he received a e-mail saying that he was one of the winner! Well, so he order size M... but when he got the package, he received L. He's extremely skinny that size M is bit big on him. When he wear size L, it's a joke! lol so he text me to see if I want it, cuz some times I wear size L t-shirt. Of course I said YES. I tried it on, and it was bit big, but it's still good! On the right arm area there's a pic of mini Bayonetta. It's so cute. lol
Tax Return Sushi Party
Next week... wait, I mean this week Friday, me and my friends gonna have Sushi Party @ my house. We gonna have prob 10~12 ppl coming, so I need to prep for all the stuff. Of course, I told several friends to pitch in with fishes I'm buying and few other friends to bring some drinks and other stuff, so I don't have to pay the whole thing (cuz I'm not rich. lol). It'll be a lot of fun! We usually have these kinds of stuff every year around tax return time. I think, last year was BBQ at my friend's house. I'll report back on this Saturday or so.
