I just got back here after a long period of absence.
If you're familiar with this world, you'll not some visual changes as well as the fact that I have completely emptied it --all posts have been deleted.
That is because of several things, actually. The first is that I am currently compiling a collection of poetry to submit to a publishing company, and there may be some work that I posted here that I wish to include.
The second reason is I felt like I needed a fresh start.

If you like the background, it's an edit of an old wallpaper I have posted here. Let me know if you'd like to see the updated version posted as well!

If you didn't know, this world is named after a stanza in one of my poems:
"Sing your song for me, angel.
Let me live for this instant,
only to become
your marionette
when your song is over."
~"To My Angel" - K.E. Wright
Ultimately, however, the inspiration comes from this passage:
"Life's but a walking shadow, a poor player
That struts and frets his hour upon the stage
And then is heard no more. It is a tale
Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury,
Signifying nothing."
~"Macbeth", Act 5, Scene 5, Lines 23-27a - William ShakespeareLater Days!
