This is mainly to those who have heard of the messages sent out by Sarah Bell. xD
Well, I didn't get a reply from SunfallE, but I got another reply from Sarah, and from what I read in the e-mail, she didn't understand how the "wallpaper" section of theO works. So, for all you wallpaper makers who don't draw fan arts and were contacted, you should give her a heads up. :P She thought that our wallpapers were drawn by us, instead of the fact that we had used scans.
I had replied to her message explaining all this, and since she seems to be looking for artists, I gave her links to the ones who are mainly fan-art submitters on here, just to give an example.
So, yeah. Just a small update on this thing. ^^
I'm dying from no ideas right now. Here are some wallpapers that I started, but then gave up because I couldn't find the way of finishing them up that I'm satisfied with...

WOOO THE START OF THE OLYMPICS WAS TODAY~~~~
Of course, I'm cheering for USA, but I'm also cheering from the country my family is from- China! Seems like both teams are pretty powerful this year. :3
As for the opening ceremony....well, I'm just gonna say what I think. Beijing 2008 Olympics totally raised the bar real high (yay China! :D), so London's seemed more....well, not as "innovated" I guess. >.> It was awesome seeing the little kids, but everything else just seemed meh to me. Of course, Mr. Bean was hilarious AS ALWAYS. :D Maybe it'd be better if he fooled around more, but he was good enough, lol. The teen part was...seemed a bit unorganized to me. Anyways, it wasn't really how I expected it to be, but I guess it was good enough.
Dunno though. I've only seen 2 opening ceremonies in my life- Beijing's and London's. But, the Olympic Torch Ceremony was definitely breathtaking this year. ^^

UPDATE: I've just contacted SunfallE by words of advice from Amestar and Fykki, and am waiting for a reply. I hope she'd be able to help us out in some way.

Thanks so much to everyone who took time and left such nice comments on it, and I am so happy that so many of you guys found it to be an interesting and cool looking wallpaper. :D You guys are all amazing, so I wanted to make something just for all you guys, and that you can all tell it was made for you! *hugs everyone*
After making that, though, it's like.....I can't think up of a wallpaper that can top that. But, I know it's alright, and am now just experimenting with many different styles of wallpapers. My scan-collection is kinda small now, since minitokyo is blocked and I can only go on when I go to the library, so I'm trying to use them carefully. Sadly, the last time I went, I only downloaded pics for icons...*facepalm*.
So yeah, just a thank-you post, and a quick update on what's going on. xD
