FLCL, is, in my book, the wierdest show I've ever watched. The first scene is this kid, and his brothers girlfriends making out, or whatever you want to call it, under a bridge, as teh walk home, the boy gets run over by an alien maniac on a moped, gets pummeled by a guitar, and gains the ability to grow random robots out of his head. Are you confused yet? Would it help if I told you this all leads up to a showdown using the local facotory shaped like a giant iron? I didn't think so.

Yea, like I said, wierd. They also have entire scenes which look like they are just random peices of manga slapped together. Almost all adults are portrayed as perverts, there is one guy with incredably odd eye-brows, and one of the robots which the boy grew out of his head, eats him to gain super-powers, then poops him out. Its creepy, gross, dumb, and somehow oddly entertaining.

so, if you want some tottally mind-numbing entertainment, go ahead and watch it. I viewed it in Japanese, though I've seen parts in english and its prety good that way too.
