Music Stuff
Since I've started school things have been "ew."
I play violin (the Queen of the Strings B)) and it's been... something.
I've been doing extra work for it in schol (not outside of it, unfortunately) and we've gotten some pretty cool music.
These are the songs we've gotten so far... or, that I've bothered to add to the playlist.
I like St. Paul's and Bransles the best for now. Though they're not the easiest things I've ever played, but surprisingly not THAT difficult. While I don't have all the notes and rhythms down perfectly yet, I got through a lot of it in the first week. We're playing all movements in the Capriol (Bransles) suite except for 3 right now. I don't think our teacher likes it.
There's nothing really bad about pushing it with this music adventure other than the nervousness @ first (like w solos and stuff) but that's preeeety much the worst of it. I'm terrible @ sight reading unless I've heard the song at least 1 time (though i still kinda suck at it) BUT it's cool. if i mess up, i can just get it on the 3rd or 4th go around. ;D
4 Days
OHHH YEAH Just tomorrow and Monday, then I never have to sit in a classroom ever again! I have to pump through the last test and then........... it's..... all over....... so happy.
Then I can do whatever I want.
