I don't care much, I criticize too, so I'm waiting for tips as well.

Quality! It's the first thing I base my opinion on. The art can be full of details and very hard worked, if I full view and see pixels, blurriness and jagged lines, I don't even bother to hug.

Not necessarily. I only subscribe to those who have amazing galleries, or seem like really cool people.

I have never visited that... I don't even want to think how I'd rage and probably get myself banned for cursing at people who introduce themselves as anime characters or who say crap like 'I liek Twilight durrrr, if u dont liek it 2, u sux' UGH!
