One Cat... Two Cat?

So my roommate has wanted another cat since her last one died right before I moved in, and so when another friend of mine asked me if I could help her find a kitten because she wanted one, I took the opportunity to get my roommate one too.
Turns out though, that while I was having trouble finding kittens in the area, so was my friend that had wanted me to help her find them. When I finally found some though, the friend that had asked for help had too... so I told my roommate anyway, even though these kittens were located like an hour and a half from where we live and going to get them would involve a trip to my dads, and they don't like animals in the house for some reason.

Well we finally went to go see these kittens I had found, and guess what... we come home with TWO. Now this is after my roommate told me we could only have one. But no, we get there and she picks out two. So we take them to my dads on kind of a round trip thing, and lucky me, my dad wasn't home so he couldn't complain. Well in this long never ending story, I take my roommate and our two new kittens home finally, after staying at my dads for a night, to find out that they are total mischievous ***holes. They don't get along with her dog very well, and they've pretty much created total chaos and mayhem for the past two days.

Now it takes three hours for me to get from either my dads house to mine or the other way around. I intended to come back to my dads for Thanksgiving and all and planned to stay a while (since I just dropped my college classes, and on top of that still don't have a job so I can't pay rent). Now in this week alone I've driven for about 10 hours, to pick up the kittens, to my dads, back to my house, and now presently back to my dads all since like Wednesday. And my roommate knew I planned to come back when we stopped in with the kittens. After we get back to the house though and they created total havoc, she tells me I need to take them back with me to my dads because she can't handle taking care of them, her dog, working, and spending most of her time with her new boyfriend, with me being gone and not there to help.
Now don't get me wrong, I get that I need to take on at least some of the responsibility, since it was my idea to get the cats in the first place, but must I reiterate that my dad's house is a no animal zone?

To put it simply, it's going to be rough to stay for as long as I can because I'm sure my dad and step-mom are both going to throw hissy fits until I take the cats home.

And now it's snowing and cold and I really don't want to leave but I'm afraid I'm going to have to take the cats home and that won't make my roommate happy because then she'll have total havoc, mayhem, and chaos on her hands (I should probably add that the cats love my room at my dad's. at least I think they do since they are such sweet hearts while here, and there is less for them to destroy so it's less rattling for me too).

By the way, she named them and their names are Remus and Sirius after the Harry Potter characters. She initially suggested Alec and Jace after the Mortal Instruments characters, and don't get me wrong, I love those books, but for some reason I really didn't want to name my cats after them. Remus and Sirius is better, although not by far. (Although I do love the Harry Potter series as well and Sirius is one of my favorite characters) It's just that no matter who you tell those names to, everyone is gonna know where you got the names, same goes for the Alec and Jace ones, although less guys would know probably, but still. Personally I wanted to call them Jack and Wesley or maybe Kole and Bren, but I didn't suggest it, I'm kinda afraid of my roommate... but just a little.
