Welcome to the MEUN System.
I decided to make this...so that after I make a work of art, comic, or other project...I can post here more deeply about that work.
Explaining things that were not covered in the artwork, or connecting the whole work with how I started to make it and where the ideas came from.
Westlers Journal is one of the two main comics that I am working on at the moment. But at first, it wasn't really part of my comic plans at all.
The whole Westlers Journal and MSA Team started with this image:
I had written something about MEUN on the right side.
And at the bottom was some journal entrys signed by Westler.
From this and from the journal entrys I developed the Westler character and the story.
I wanted to make a comic about it sometime around last year. But I really only had a few characters, and there was gonna be alot of extras roaming the background. Thats when I turned to MyOtaku and put up the applications for people to give some OC ideas. There was 7 OCs that were adopted for the comic. Each of them based on the owners preference. So along with the main storyline of Westlers Journal I also get to fill any extra spaces and time with some not-so-boring stuff. XD
The story is about the MSA (Meun System Analysis) Team on a mission to replace the 'focus' of MEUN, a powerful and mysterious entity essential to the worlds survival. As Westler Eustran records his time on board, they run into complications, and thats all I can say for now. The comics final remake is going smoothly. And so is my other comic Rivers Destiny - Geon & Julieus.

Well...
If you know me and know what I am trying to make then you should know that when it comes to my original stories, Westler's Journal comes first on the list.
Yes, the first comic I made was THE SUMMONED, but that was a side-project for a place I went to after school. Finishing it is iffy...and it also connects with my main story in a small way. But besides that...
Westler's Journal comes first, but the original FIRST story I made was "Rivers Destiny". I talked about that in my first post. Well as I was thinking about and drawing just the characters for that story, over the years it expanded alot. From the beginning of that story...to the middle...to the end...to the future...to the past...and even further...
Soo much, that I am sure when I actually make them into comics, I might have to cut something out of it. lol
The hardest part is taking all the stuff I added and making it all FIT into the story. lol
But hopes are high.
