HELLOs. MintIceCream here(MIC for short) tis a world about me, and the crazy antics of my 5 cats that just love to drive me nuts.

i recently graduated from college with a BS degree in education, certified for art (I'm an art teacher). i currently sub teach while i shop for a job in my content area.

Mindy-my cat, she's a white cat with tabby splotches all over. She's 15 years old, nonsocial, phychotic, and crazy. But i love her all the same.

Texa-my dad's cat primarily, he has a tuxedo style coat. black with a white strip down his belly, on his paws, and the lower half of his face. he's also a manx(no tail) and very talkative. a gentle giant, very lovable, although he doesn't really like me to well. he's 11 years old. (he's also kind of a cranky old @$$)

Bogart-mom's cat. and mine sometimes. the very fat one of our family. he's 7 year old. a brown tabby who loves to raise chaos. he loves to terrorize the adults, and chew on everything. he's also a big pig and will eat anything. even though he's my mom's cat, he loves everyone. he's quite the ladies man. he prefers the company of women over men.

Sammie-Ryan's cat. 7 year old. he is all gray, with thick soft fur. the sweetest cat in the whole world. he isn't all that smart though, and kinda slow. definatley not our brightest bulb, but we love him all the same. he will do anything for a tidbit of human food, so i have managed to teach him a few tricks. his favorite food is gold fish. we try to tell him it's not a real fish, but he doesn't believe us.

Augustus (GUS for short)- everyone's cat. the newest addition to our family, we rescued him from a cousin who should be banned from owning animals. he was 5 weeks old when we got him, so tiny. he's now 3 years old. he is a miniture norwegian forrest cat. all black, orange eyes, and EXTREMLY fluffy. he is the baby of the family, and res1sident ninja/trouble-maker. he is also quite dog like. he will sit and shake paws for a treat, likes to play fetch, loves meeting new people, and go for walks on a leash and harness.

brothers bday

tomorrow is actually my brothers bday, but we celebrated early. my grandparents came in and one of my aunts. when i got done with church they picked me up and we went to dave and busters. it's an arcade and resturant. i got big purple dragon with my tickets. i got a green one last year. it's buckled in the back seat of my car, and now my purple one will be back there so the green one won't be lonely.

i was slightly late to my daycare job because i lost track of time with my grandparents here. but only one of my kids showed up. probably because this was the last week for the school year. now i'm going to spend the rest of the night working on my paper due tomorrow, and maybe finish my amineko's body.

my mom actually went to church with me today. this is the second week in a row. usually my family doesn't want anything to do with church and i end up going alone. but mom says she likes the series the pastor is teaching. she says she's going back next week to! yay!

to many animals

today i spent most of the day with ashley. i'm not going to be able to see her on her birthday, so we celbrated early today. we spent the whole day at the zoo. but i was cramping and nauseaus the whole time sadly. i tried my best to ignore it and put on a happy face for ashley though. and i let her pick a movie at the imax to see. we saw 'born to be wild'.

but unfortunatly, when i got home i wasn't able to relax. mom decided we were going to mow. i hate mowing. i've decided that when i get my own place i'm going to put fake turf in my yard. then it will look nice and green all year round and i'll never have to mow or pull weeds.

i finished my amineko's head and now i've started working on the body. i probably would have more done, but there was a marathon of all 3 high school musicals. call me a dweeb if you will, but i love high school musical.

it's stroming really bad right now! i had to go out to the garage and load my doll house into dad's car so that dad could pull his car into the garage. it's hailing. i stood just inside the garage watching the hail and lightning. it's really cool. i have my window open now. the rainy breeze is nice.

I'M FINALLY FINISHED!!!!!!

dad had to take me to class today because my dol house was due today, and it doesn't fit in my little car. my doll house is 4x3x2.5 feet. we criticed at 1, so i had a few hours to put the final touches on it. but i finished it! it feels so good, i can finally relax. i spent the rest of the afternoon relaxing. and i finally figured out the instructions for making aminekos!! i'm half way done with the head. i hope to finish it this weekend. and Leomonade Mouth was on again today! i didn't get to see it last time it played, so i got to catch it tonight. it was awsome!

the last 2 nights i haven't gotten much sleep because of all the stress the doll house has caused me, so i'm exhausted and sore. i can't wait for a nice sleep tonight. i took a short video of my doll house. i'll work on loading that tomorrow to show you guys what it looks like.

stressed to death

i've been working on my doll house like crazy. friday @ 1:00 it's due. i got it sanded and 80% painted yesterday. i finished painting it today. i plan on getting the realms velcroed inside tonight (though i still need to finish painting walker's prison. i also plan on geting the doors painted and the doorknobs glued on. then tomorrow all i'll have to do is hang the doors, paint and assemble skulker if i can't get that done tonight, make the boxes for the box ghost's realm, the skull for skulker's island, and the prison cages for walker's prison.

i did go to work today though. it was a really slow day. but yesterday i got a book on how to make aminekos, which are crocheted cats. i killed some time tryin to make an amineko, but i keep failing. the book is confusing.which really frustrates me. i want an amineko!!!

lost but found

i finally went back to the gym this morning. it felt good to exercise again.

i went to work, but didn't stay long. there were way to many baggers and not enough busisness. so i decided to come home to work on my doll house. i got boxghost's realm painted, now i just need to make some little boxes. i also got the doors made, and skulker. but the package for sculpting clay i used doesn't have any englishn it. all the baking instructions arein a different language. so i just kinda guestimated. but now their hard on one side and soft on the other. hmmm. maybe i was supposed to flip them. i don't know.

dad got the final supplies needed for my doll house. we're going to finish building t after dinner, and tomorrow i'm going to spend the whole day sanding and painting it. hopfully i'll get it finished tomorrow.

i almost lost my zune today! (and for those of you who don't know a zune is basically an ipod, but microsoft instead of apple) i put it on the top shelf with my water bottle when i finished working out. and after i showered i grabbed my water bottle but forgot my zune. thankfully mom stops by the locker to grab my shower bag to take it home with her, and checked the top shelf. she saved my zune!!! i'm so happy. that thing was expensive. i'd die if i lost it!
