didn't go anywhere yesterday. which bored haylie. we've been confused on how to spell her name. first, i thought it was halie, but then mom said it was hayley, but when she looked on her insurienace card, and it said haylie.
mom decided to do fireworks early, around 6. she heard other neighbors doing some, and decided we should too. i wish we would've waited till dark though. but when ryan lit a sparkler for haylie, it startled her, and she wouldn't take it. eventually i got her to take one though, and she had fun. but she, and mom, missed out on alot, because haylie decided to pee herself. she's 90% potty trained. but mom had had it. earlier, haylie had pooped, and tracked up the stairs, and into the living room. haylie now has to wear pullups at all times now.
ellen, the neighbors daughter came over and joined us. her parents weren't going to do anything. her mom wasn't even home, she was off gambling. but she enjoyed messing around with us with our fireworks. we then went to the backyard to make s'mores. ellen had never had s'mores before. poor kid. usually mom makes cream cheese cake every 4th, but this year she said no. said it was to much work. it really isn't, it's so simple. i think the main reason is because dad isn't here, and she was really missing him.
when it got dark, we went out to watch all the fireworks our serious neighbors and the military base close by were letting off. ellen dragged some chairs out of her garage, and we sat(with haylie on my lap) and watched till 10. then we had to put haylie to bed. earlier i had found some story books in my bookshelf. i still have them, even though i'm 18. most are by Leo Lionni. i love the art used for the illustrations in his books. but i put haylie in mom's bed, and read all 7/8 books to her. then mom came in and made her sleeo.
today we got up early and went to ihop. then i dropped mom and ryan off home, and took haylie to church with me. my church has a daycare type thing for infant-kindergartedn age, bible study for 1st-6th grade, and a youth sevice for 7th-12th grades. haylie went into the tugboat room, and had a blast. she didn't want to leave when i came to get her. then we went to the commisary to get a few grocerys, and home. she had lunch, then napped. i decidd to nap in the living room too. if i went in my room, mom would start hollering for me to clean it. i'm going to go see wolverine in a bit, and i'm going to take matt, chris, and unfortunatly, my brother. mom's taking haylie to see the new iceage movie. then we're going to meet at matt and chris's house, and grill and have diner with them.
