mom, ryan and i went garage sale hunting this morning. found quite a few dozen of them. and i found lots of goodies. i got an opal necklace, a coca-cola pen that is covered w/ all the old fashion advertisments, some yarn, some pokemon cards, a very pretty cat pin. but best of all, the pokemon red version game for gameboy color. when i first saw it, i was like, oh no, i bet it's for gameboy advance, and i sold my advance to gamestop a few months ago. but i still have my color. i like it so much more than all the fancy things out and popular today. it's clear purple, and i can see all of the techy guts in it. and i love my new game.
we went to ihop for late breakfast early lunch. i love their hashbrowns.
when we got home, i started to play my new game, totally wanting to just skip work today. but mom kicked me out and made me go to work. meanie. but it was for the best. after work, i got some twizlers, the baby food(chicken in chicken gravy flavor) for sammie's bday, and a neat bangle. the vendor said it was real gold, but i;m not sure, and mom says it's not. but it's still very pretty. and shiny. very shiny. so i love it.
when i got home, i noticed that one of our plants in the front yard looked like it was on its deathbed. and al the others looked very very sad. so i grabbed the disney princess tin pail i found while picking strawberries yesterday, and went off. i just kept refilling it, and gereously watering the plants. if they are going to dry, it won't be from dehydration. it will be from my intense love and lots of water(i always end up killing flowers by drowning them). but the soil felt like dessert sand. and i'm pretty sure it's supposed to be dark, and rich, and moist. oh well. it should be now, with all the water i gave them.
