dad woke me up this morning. last night, he got a standby call in the middle of talking to mom, then ryan hogged what little time he had left, and i only got just a few minutes. so to make up for it, he caled me this morning. at first i thought it was my alarm clock going off, but it was my phone. i didn't fall asleep untill 1:30-2:00, so i was extremly tired this morning. i decided to go back to bed for a bit, skip chuch this week, then head to work.
work sucked. there were way to many extra baggers. and it was soooo slow. but i had to buy stuff to make scotcharoos. tomorrow is the high school shifts bagger picnic, and i told sandy(my supervisor) that i would make some scotcharoos. they are kinda like a rice cripie treat, but with peanut butter, sugar, and white syrup instead of marshmallow. also, with melted butterscotch and chocolate chips on top. we had to let them st for a while, to let the chips on top harden a bit. i've never had them fresh before. my grandma has always made them, then brought them over with her the next day. but fresh, they practically melted in my mouth. we made a batch for ourslelves, and one for me to take to the picnic.
read 2 library books today, and am halfway through a third.
i am now a firm beliver that a language should not be an online class. for those you considering college, let me offer you some advice. DO NOT take your language online. no matter how great you were in highschool, you will struggle big time with it online. cause if you don't get the assigment, there is no teacher to go ask, and explain. all of the assignments in my online workbook that require me to type a sentence in french in response to their question, or try to piece together the given words into a sentence, i've failed. although lately, it's been for smaller mistakes. before i was so completly wrong, it was like i was doing some other thing, and not what was assigned. it sucks. i think i'm going to fail this class.
