On the fifth of this month, I banned the member HeeroYuey from chat, permanently. This was met with two reactions. Members who personally thanked me for it since his disruptive behavior in chat had upset them, and members who complained and wish to boycott the decision. I won’t be naming any names but I will be laying out what happened since the decision stands, I will not be reversing the ban.
Anyway, I’ll try to start from the beginning. It started back around the first part of February of this year. I got reports from moderators that they had caught HeeroYuey cussing and insulting other members by using other languages in chat. Each one of them warned him, more than once, to not do that kind of thing. Unfortunately, he did not listen and I received a chat log a month later showing that he was still behaving in this manner.
