I'm writing this post very quickly to address a huge problem going on in KPop groups. And it's affecting us, the fans. It's hitting us hard. As a fan, we've all accumulated our biases, the one member from a group that just makes our hearts soar. We all know I have plenty. Our biases are perfect and absolutely no one can change that.
Or can they?
This, my friends, is about the dreaded Bias Wrecker. A dark horse, the one you'd honestly least expect, they've stayed under the radar since the beginning, and they suddenly come out of the woodwork and ruin everything. They take your heart which previously belonged to your bias, and they run with it.
To elaborate further, I'm going to explain to you what's happened to me recently. I've had two of my biases completely wrecked. Even since I've released the BAP overview, Zelo has been swept under the rug. I loved my giant dancing baby, I loved him with all my heart, and I still do, obviously, but then -
Feel So Good happened. And Jongup just screwed everything up.
He became this sexy butthead, and I have no idea how. He was the goofy little kid in the background, probably the overall least favourite member of the group, and he's just become my whole world. So, in this case, the Bias Wrecker has won. And I'll forever love Zelo as my baby, my giant dancing baby.
Next is Jimin of BTS. Now, as many members of ARMY, each member of BTS holds a near and dear place in my heart. RapMon, who is just tits, Jin the little princess, Suga and his sweet smile, J-Hope the goofball, V the dum dum, Jimin the dancing king, and Jungkook. My favourite, my absolute bae, was the adorable Jungkook. He's the main vocalist, a lead dancer, and a rapper to boot! This is all very impressive, now factor in that he was 15 at debut, and remains the most talented maknae.
Here's how this Bias Wrecker came into my life. Jimin was actually near the bottom for me, mostly because I first saw him in Dope where his hair was tomato red and I thought he looked dumb. Dope was a bad video to start at in terms of members. J-Hope I could never get a good look at because he was just smiling like he do, Suga was pretty alright, and Jin was always the princess. And that's because when I'm getting down hard to this song and suddenly Jin comes in and sings like an effin' butterfly, he's a princess. Enough said. Jungkook was honestly the only one I went, "Mine". And it's all because of that cheeky grin of his, not gonna lie.
Getting sidetracked, but after listening to Just One Day, Run, I Need U, Jimin's placing did not change. It was only when I looked back to their early days, back to "No More Dream", "N.O", and "Bulletproof", that Jimin started to shine for me. And now that I've become a complete loser for BTS and I've seen all of the BANGTANTV episodes and all of the dance practices, Jimin has led the pack. Now, Jimin is actually in a very fragile state for me, because he beat out my adorable Kookie, I resent him. And he didn't just push Kookie aside like Jongup did with my for Zelo, Kookie is still there. Kookie will return and it'll be glorious.
This my friends, is the Bias Wrecker. Warn your friends. I could happen to any one of us.

Jungkook is my BTS bias again. Jimin, I'm sorry, but your abs can only hold my interest for so long!
