Appearance: emo style-> short, black, straight hair w/ cowlick spikes on back right & bangs in front over left eye w/ lavender & violet streaks; slender, yet built & muscular (almost like Sasuke - -"); white sash and parts of shihakusho are replaced with blue-violet/lavender colored ones, wears a royal-blue velvet choker with a leopard's fang jewel, plus magenta & black gloves
Personality: cool, calm, collected; hardly ever gets angry; relatively approachable; hard working, efficient; non-competitive; likes seafood, fruit, and sweets; doesn't like alcohol or vegetables; doesn't like slackers and will attempt to correct their behavior and put them on task; enjoys reading & writing; looks emo but really isn't; friendly person at heart; is very thoughtful/perceptive/reflective; likes wearing human clothes on occasion (finds them stylish & interesting); tries to make jokes but people take him too seriously; makes it a habit to be respectful
Zanpaku-to: Kotaishi no Kori=> "Crown Prince of Ice"; ice/snow type; release is "Come forth, ruler of the Winter Storms"; release is a 2ft long wakizashi with a violet-blue hilt, a silver guard in the shape of 2 throwing stars with the points facing the opposite direction (almost looks like claws/fangs), and a sapphire blue blade with lavender ribbon designs spiraling around the blade; it is unique because on the end of the hilt is a whitish-bluish ribbon and a sapphire jewel which are actually the the hilt of a kunai knife concealed in the hilt
Tsukiro wields his sword with his right hand and his kunai with his left. Kotaishi no Kori is a white snow leopard with gray-black spots (albino-looking (???). Not as strong as Hyorinmaru, but comes close. It wouldn't be wise to stand next to Tsukiro and the Captain while they're both releasing their zanpaku-to.
Tsuranuku Hyotsumera=> "Piercing Leopard Claws"-> Tsukiro throws his kunai at a target, it pierces the target and pins them to their surroundings by forming claw-like structures of ice over them, also doing damage (*Defensive/Paralyzing move)
Dengekinami Tsumera=> "Shockwave Claws"-> Tsukiro swings his blade, releasing 1-3 arrow-like waves of energy that freeze, paralyze, and/or injure a target (*Normal/Main attack)
Kihara no Hyo=> "Leopard's Claws"-> Tsukiro stakes his sword into the ground, causing it to freeze over, then numerous needle-like spikes of ice shoot up, piercing numerous targets (*Finishing move)
Shino Academy: Received top marks in all subjects. He usually only focused on his work/assignments. Entered the Academy to prove to his father that you can succeed without "aiming for the stars" (becoming a Captain or Lieutenant). Reason for this is his father wanted him to fill one of the empty Captain positions but he didn't feel he needed to. Feels that every Soul Reaper, regardless of rank, has their own specific, important role within the Gotei 13. Secretly has Bankai.
Additional Info: Is usually compared to Captain Hitsugaya but Tsukiro assures everyone that any resemblance is purely coincidence. However, they still think that Tsukiro is out to challenge the Captain. Again, this isn't the case. Tsukiro mearly wants to do his part in the Gotei 13. Secretly worries about Kotaishi and Haineko, since their both cats. Finds preppy and outgoing girls irritating sometimes but keeps this to himself.
