Hey everyone, this is MoonlightNexus, welcome to my World! This is my personal blog, so I'll be posting everyday-type items here from time to time. If you want to contact me, this is the best place to do it. Subscribe if you want to, but enjoy you're time here whatever you decide to do.

If you play Super Smash Bros. Brawl, my Brawl Code is 0602-6487-9359. Add me if you need a confidence boost, since I'm still getting good at the game. I'm always looking for new people to play against.

E3 and Guest Posting

First of all...E3! I'm really excited to hear all of the great news coming out of this year's event, especially from Nintendo and Guitar Hero 4. I'll have more updates of some of the exciting news later!

Secondly, I've gone ahead and opened a proverbial can of worms by allowing "nabgeta" Guest Poster status on this world. He can be pretty crazy sometimes, so be prepared!

I have to cut is short today, but I'll be back soon.

About Flash Gaming...

As many of you know, Adam has been on a recent binge of Flash games, which is awesome. I've really wanted to start making some Flash games myself, but I've never really had the patience to sit down and learn the programming for it. Let me tell you, it's tougher than it looks, this whole making-a-game business. Anyway, thanks to Adam, I've recently picked up my interest in Flash again, so maybe you'll see something from me soon :)

I've been playing a lot of tennis with my brother lately. That stuff will tire you out...

Speaking of the brother, he recently got a job at Bojangles'. That means free chicken for me. It is delicious.

What does everyone think of the direction that the Naruto manga has taken? I like the whole trickiness of everything.

Leave any comments you want, I'll see you later!

An Actual Conversation Between Me and My Brother

This came as the result of comparing Dumbledore to Allanon, a druid from the "Shannara" series. NOTE: I'm think that Allanon is stronger than Dumbledore, but I defended Dumbledore for the sake of debate.

Me: Well Dumbledore WAS pretty much the only one to fight Voldemort evenly.
Brother: Yeah, but Allanon was able to kill a dragon single-handedly. Dumbledore fought Voldemort, but he couldn't get the job done.
Me: A lot of heroes kill dragons, though. You just have to find the weak spot. Every dragon has a weak spot.
Brother: Yes, and this dragon's weak spot just happened to be mountains, so Allanon dropped one on him.
Me: Ok yeah, Dumbledore's got nothing on that.

Yes, Allanon actually used his magic to drop a mountain on a dragon. Step off and bow down, Dumbledore. STEP OFF AND BOW DOWN!

The Story So Far...

Well it's been awhile since I've posted within a week, but here I am again. I think I should give a little explanation about where I've been, and where I'm going.

After working hard this past year in school, I've finally gotten accepted into...don't laugh...a Nursing program. Yes, Nursing. I'm starting the program in the Fall, and right now I'm in a CNA program to prepare. But for all of you who are still laughing, here's my last laugh: as part of the program, I get a PDA. With WiFi. FOR FREE. And whenever I finish school, it's mine to keep. I win.

As I've stated before, this World really has no set structure, but I'm tired of trying to think of one. It'll come when it comes.

As for my OCL World, I'm trying to rethink it. I'm still going to work at it, but it may not be as big as I planned. I got a little inspiration from the recent Euro 2008 tournament.

That's all for now, but I'll be rolling again soon. Enjoy your Monday!

I'm Not Dead!

Yes, yes, it's true, I AM still here! I know, too much time has gone since I last posted, and for that, I am sorry. I'm not going to bore you with some sort of excuse. I'm going to try my best to make it up to you, and hopefully it will be enough. I have just a couple things in mind to start with, both for this blog and the OCL World. More will be upcoming shortly, so PLEASE check back!
